We fell in love with Skala the first time we visited, with its great beach, beachside tavernas and laid back atmosphere. Modern and bright with a sparkling pool set in its garden, Villa Seagull is the perfect Villa to combine sea and pool, meals out with self catering, privacy with the livelier atmosphere of the resort tavernas and cafes. The villa is ideal for groups of friends and families with each comfortable bedroom having its own shower room.

Villa Seagull has a view second to none, set on the rising coast line, overlooking the sea where on clear days, you can see right across to the Greek mainland.
It’s just 1.2 kms along the coast from the laid back resort of Skala and a pleasant evening stroll can be followed by a short taxi ride back.
If you’d rather not move even that far from the Villa (perfectly understandable), then within a very few minutes walk there is a lovely little relatively undiscovered pebbly cove with beautiful clear water and two excellent tavernas.

Housekeeping
Your Villa will be prepared for you on arrival with fresh bath and hand towels and all beds made up.
For stays of 7 nights or more - house towels will be changed every 3 - 4 days.
For stays of 14 nights or more - bed linen will be changed every 7 days.
Pool/beach towels - one per person for the duration of your stay.
Parking - There is space for parking next to the Villa, with several steps down to the entrance.

Summary: Fabulous location, wonderful views of the sea, easy to walk to some great tavernas and a lovely little cove. Villa was very clean. Outdoor area was brilliant with plenty of beds, chairs and shade. Would be helpful to know when gardener was due to come so that we could have arranged to go out. Could do with a bit more kitchen equipment.

Summary: Villa Seagull was a very comfortable and spacious accommodation overlooking the sea and close enough to local restaurants and beaches. Denise, the owner, was super friendly and helpful ensuring the Villa remained serviced and clean. I can’t think of anything that would have improved the stay. It was fantastic.

Summary: Four of us stayed at Villa Seagull in May having stayed in Skala many times in the 90s and 2000 My wife and I decided to celebrate our 50th anniversary and a big birthday in Villa Seagull in September. We spent 7days relaxing and doing not a lot which was our intention after the past 2 or 3 years of covid and lockdowns. It was made more special spending time catching up on lost time with the owner Denise. Cannot think of one thing.

Summary: We have visited Skala many times over the years but not since 2005. Following a call from Denise the owner we decided to visit and stay at Villa Seagull. The villa was perfect much better than any accommodation we have stayed in. Skala has changed but in a good way, but not too much. Many restaurants and Tavernas much as we remembered along with new ones. Was just great to relax.

All 3 bedrooms are a good size and come with their own bathroom. The downstairs living space is compact, but was not an issue as we spent most of our time outdoors. Denise in particular was extremely supportive during the whole stay and always on hand to help in anyway. The town of Skala is a short 2-3 min drive or a 20-25 minute walk and has plenty of shops/bars/restaurants. Overall, I highly recommend this property.
