Positive: Made & Putu who prepared the sensational breakfast along with keeping the villa clean with housekeeping duties were excellent and made the villa feel like a home away from home. Both very easy going, nothing was too much trouble, always happy to oblige with any of our requests. Should also mention Nyoman who manages the villa, popped in most days just to check that everything was going ok Also Conk the driver who the villa uses for any day trips, again easy going, friendly and very reliable. Highly recommend this villa.
Negative: We liked everything.
Summary: Go to Candidasa......if you want to experience what Bali was like years ago.

Positive: The villa lived up to its name! We had a really relaxing stay, the villa had all we needed and more. The villa is on the outskirts of town so is very peaceful, set amongst lush, well-kept gardens full of birds, squirrels and cute geckos. There was some noise from roosters and dogs nearby but that didn't bother us at all (light-sleepers might want to bring earplugs). The staff and manager are very helpful and welcoming, but they also gave us privacy. They cooked a delicious breakfast for us each morning and kept the villa spotless. Made also gave us lots of great tips on places to visit nearby, and Nyoman quickly organised a bike for us and when we asked for a phone holder for the bike the next day he delivered it in minutes! Enough food options nearby, a great warung just a few minutes walk away.
Negative: Really couldn't fault it. We loved our stay here and would gladly book this villa again.

Positive: Villa Serenity, the name says it all! A beautiful clean well designed villa set amongst beautiful jungle surrounds. The Villa garden is large and well manicured with tall palm trees surrounding that create a lovely afternoon breeze making the poolside area a wonderful retreat. The air conditioning works perfectly, the beds are super comfy and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need during your stay. The Villa is a 5 minute walk from fantastic restaurants and warungs, and a 10 minute walk from the villa gives you access to an amazing swimming and snorkeling beach. The best part of our stay was meeting the villa staff, Made, Putu and Nyoman. Made and Putu made us a delicious breakfast every morning, kept the villa and grounds absolutely spotless and attended to our every need. They even gave us a sambal cooking lesson on our final day which was so lovely! Made organised massages and manicures and made sure I was well pampered. The only downfall to our stay was saying goodbye to them as I felt like we were leaving family. We arrived as guests and left as friends. If you go to Candi dasa you need to stay here, it is paradise.

Positive: The pool - the gardens - huge! House is beautiful - great size. Outdoor area is fantastic for lazing around. Beds were very comfortable. Situated in a quiet local street only a short 5 minute walk to warungs and shops. Made and staff are warm and welcoming. We appreciated the freshly cooked breakfast each morning - bacon included.
Negative: Water pressure in the showers. Very thin blankets (basically just sheets) - aircon on = too cold - aircon off = boiling hot. Was supplied with extra when we asked though :)
Summary: Villa Serenity is a private oasis with the biggest villa block I’ve ever experienced.

Positive: Everything was as we expected. the pick up driver meet us at the airport on time and was friendly and informative. Although we did have a mouse in our bathroom, we still gave the place 10 /10 as these things do happen.

Positive: We loved the location of the property. 10 minutes walk to the beach. A few minutes walk to the main street. Our kids loved the pool and the house is very spacious and well laid out. When we were too tired to eat out we were able to order from The Lounge Room restaurant and they delivered. Great service. The best thing about the villa was the staff. Made and Putu are so lovely and take great care of the villa and guests. We had a fantastic stay.
