The living room and dining room are combined in a beautiful space. You'll appreciate the bright, refined ambience of this convivial living space.
Cerused teak furniture, rattan armchairs, Polynesian sculptures and paintings add a touch of exoticism and elegance. The modern sofa completes this resolutely Western and Polynesian decor.
Extending from the living room, large sliding glass doors open onto a covered terrace. Here, you can enjoy a drink in the outdoor lounge, or gather for a meal with a view of the lagoon and the island of Moorea.

In Polynesian culture, Teanaiva is a star.
Star gazing enabled Polynesian navigators to chart sea routes throughout the Polynesian triangle. Among all the constellations, ten particularly sparkling stars were the pillars of these interstellar navigations. They appear in turn in the sky to indicate the route to follow. Teanaiva is the ninth star in this group.

Summary: Very nice home with an even nicer hostess unfortunately Airbnb last minute it canceled our reservation so we had to find the last minute lodging. We were lucky to find this place. The pool was nice. They saw their hot water didn’t work the whole time, so they had to turn on the electric water heater and then the water was nice and hot.

Summary: A beautiful home, outfitted with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The hosts made the stay comfortable and welcoming. There are maps, local guides and list of resources that will help you make the most of your stay. On the down side, it is not easy to find, but the hosts are accessible and helpful if you need assistance. I would also recommend that you have a car if you want to use the home as a base for tourist activities. It is a long walk up/down a steep hill to get to public transportation.

Summary: We stayed for a week in Tahiti at Teanaiva, which was well appointed and a wonderful property. Maire and Tekura went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The stay was a highlight of our vacation. On arrival at 6am we found out that they had been checking flights for arrival times since the previous day, they welcomed us at the gate, had homemade foods for us, and were always available for any questions and requests. Maire brought games for our children, made banana bread, bought chocolates for the kids, etc, etc. we hope to return their warm hospitality one day!

Summary: This is an amazing place and the owner and her family were just as amazing. We came in late and they were there to greet us and make us feel at home. The house is modern, clean, well supplied and well built. We highly recommend this rental.

Summary: This is truly one of the best places my family and I have ever stayed. We had the pleasure of spending a week at Marie’s accommodation, and it was an absolute delight. The newly renovated property is stunning, and the hospitality rivals that of a five-star hotel. With tasteful decor, comfortable beds, and an abundance of treats like fresh yogurt and fruit from the hosts’ garden, it was an exceptional experience. I cannot recommend this property highly enough and would definitely book again on a future visit to Tahiti. Thank you, Marie and family, for a wonderful stay!
