''The villa was lovely, full of character and very well presented.
The location was great, easy access to Polis and Latchi. We really liked the feel of Peristerona and also how friendly everybody we met was. We had a great day doing a buggy and boat safari. The Watermill at Steni was very handy and the food was delicious (and plenty of it). The Old Town Restaurant in Polis was exceptional and we also enjoyed Moustakalis in Polis. The Island Bar and Noma in Latchi were also great. Takkas beach was also a great find along with the restaurant there.
100% satisfied with all service received.'

''We loved the traditional rustic look from the first time saw the property online and this was the chief reason for why we booked this specific villa. We were not disappointed when we arrived. The villa itself was very welcoming, well equipped and very well maintained. The grounds were fantastic and again very well maintained and very well equipped. Comfortable sunbeds, hammock, rattan chairs and dining table. The balcony areas were a favourite feature of ours and we spent a lot of time watching the sunsets from the main balcony each night of our stay.
The location was perfect, absolutely idyllic. We have been visiting Cyprus for the last 10 years, mainly around the Argaka, Polis and Latchi areas, The area is fantastic, a short walk to the local shop and Byzantine museum. The views from the villa itself were another great feature and did not disappoint at all.
We have always ventured into Polis for restaurants and have always enjoyed visiting Moustakallis Tavern, Finikas Restaurant, Old Town Restaurant, Also a few in Latchi that we have always enjoyed such as Noma, Faros, Molos and Yialos. Only a 5 minute drive away from the villa was the Watermill and the Steni Tavern both highly recommended. Our favourite place to eat during this visit was the Stone Lion in Goudhi, just a 10 minute drive away. Excellent value for money, and a fantastic menu. We had a traditional Sunday Roast there on the day we were flying back and it was amazing.
In terms of shopping, all of our main shopping was done at Papantoniou Supermarket in Polis, just a 15 minute or so drive from the Villa. We also made use of Byrons SUpermarket and the smaller Kiosks in the Polis and Latchi areas. The village shop, just a 5 minute walk from the Villa, was very well stocked and catered for our immediate needs. We have done a great deal of sightseeing in the 10 years we have been visiting, but would highly recommend the Blue Lagoon boat trip and a favourite place of ours the Sanctuary of Apollo Hylates in Kourion. We stumbled across the Evretou Dam and had a great walk and picnic there. Again only a 10 minute drive away.
The service provided by yourselves was faultless. A seamless process from the time of booking to arriving back in the UK. Great communication, some valued recommendations and detailed instructions on how to get to the VIlla from the airport etc.
Our host Debbie (Owner) was fantastic. We were surprised with a substantial welcome pack when we arrived which was very much appreciated as we were delayed and all shops were closed when we arrived in the area. Debbie visited us briefly a few days after we arrived and she made some great local recommendations on local places to eat and places to visit. Debbie advised when the maid would arrive to do a changeover of sheets and towels etc and also to advise when the pool and grounds would be attended to. Both of which did not impact on our time in any way at all. Debbie kept in contact to advise on local events happening such as the Latchi Fish Festival, and she came to see us on the day we left to wish us well.''

''The villa was great in all aspects, even better then expected. The host Debbie was really help in all inquaries and only wanted us to have the best time ever and she succeeded. We liked the area of perstrona it private and off the beaten path. Buy a short car drive to everything in Polis and Paphos. We definitely plan to come back to cyprus. All the best, David ''

''We had a really great holiday! The property, Villa Triteos, had a rustic charm that instantly made you feel at home and very comfortable. We loved the many balconies, the open plan living space, the stone arches inside and out, the spectacular views, the lovely private garden, the comfortable beds, the well equipped kitchen, the pool and much more.
Peristerona is a pretty village and a great base to explore from. A car is a necessity to reach the many beaches, local restaurants and hidden beauty spots.
We loved eating at Moustakallis in Polis, The Watermill in Steni and various beach-front restaurants in Latchi.
LetsRentOnline.com provided an excellent service and was really helpful in organising a taxi transfer from the airport and with car hire recommendations. The owner, Debbie, popped in to welcome us a couple of days into the holiday and gave us loads of great places to visit and restaurant recommendations, which were all excellent and to tell us the history of the Villa. She had also left a welcome food parcel for our arrival, which was great. Debbie also sent us all of her recommendations via WhatsApp and we knew we could contact her easily, if we needed to.
Letsrentonline.com provided an excellent service and was really helpful in organising a taxi transfer from the airport and with car hire recommendations. We were really satisfied with all communications and dealings with them.
We would love to return to Villa Triteos next year and would definitely use the Car Hire services again too.
Many thanks for all your help.
Kind regards,
Andrew and Cate '

''Villa was excellent, clean and a good welcome back. Nice large garden with sea views in the distance
Quiet village location - no tourists! Local restaurant in Lysos (3Km) very good Greek cooking. And Finikas in Polis (8km) superb. Very helpful and friendly owner who visited us in the first day left her mobile to call if necessary. Everything was at the property you could need. Excellent week '

''Beautiful villa, especially the outdoor space. Loved the pool and all the different places to relax. The views were so beautiful with lovely sunsets. Property was lovely and cool and well equipped. Love that it was gated and all the trees and plants.
Perfect location with a car. Lovely and remote but a short drive away from places to eat, bars, the sea etc Loved going to the blue lagoon on the Atlantis boat, great walk along the Aphrodite trail and would recommend Paphos water park. We ate out a lot. Favourites were Water Mill and Moustakallis and in Paphos Duoamo.
Very satisfied with your service. Great communication and super friendly. Debbie was so lovely and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble '

''We had an absolutely lovely 10 days at this villa! Beautiful inside and out with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The pool area is stunning and the views incredible. We especially liked how green it was. Having stayed in another Cyprus villa where the grassed area was basically a dust bowl, this garden uses sprinklers to keep it looking lush. It provided a great area for my son to kick a ball about. We used the bbq area regularly and it was my favourite part of the villa. When we are out we regularly visited the Watermill tavern in Steni as we have been there before and find the food tasty and the atmosphere welcoming. We also ate out in Polis (roughly 10min drive away) and highly recommend Finikas restaurant. We went on quite a few walking trips. Visited the Kremiotis waterfall which was quite an experience! We also drove to Smigies nature trail (not far from Latchi) and basically climbed a mountain! Fantastic views and good exercise! Debbie popped in to say hi and check we had everything we needed a few days after we arrived. Lovely lady and helped with a few small niggles we had quickly. She also allowed us to have the villa for the whole day (rather than the 11am check out) on our departure date as our flight didn’t leave until 9pm. It massively reduced the stress of going home! Letsrentonline responded very quickly to any questions I had (especially as we had to move our dates around 3 times due to COVID) I would highly recommend this villa for people looking for a quite, peaceful retreat. . ''Thank you very much for you mails and vouchers and sorry for the late reply. We were very satisfied that we booked the first house of our holidays with your agency. First you gave me the last input to take the flight from berlin to cyprus with my family in this complicated times. Thank you. The incoming process was uncomplicated and we were not picked up for tests.
The house was great with personal charme, we had great and lovely welcome package (especially the sweets for the kids and the coffee for us) and the garden and the pool were great for us. We really had a good time around polis. We also felt very privacy.
Now we changed our local place to coral place and the house we have is "cold and uncomfortable", dish basics are missing and we do not have mosquito protection as in the old house. we did not have privacy (the owner or responsible person for the house is coming once a day). So as you can see, we really have now the comparison.
We are planning to come back next year because of the weather and snoorgeling areas for the kids. Next year we would like to stay one week in the area around larnaka and visit nikosia and the second we plan to come to polis. So I am happy for the vouchers and I will think of them next year!
Thanks, Steven and best regards, Jeannette''

''The villa was just like in the photos and description, it was beautiful and had a lovely food hamper with wine for our arrival which was amazing as our flight had been delayed and late arriving.
The location was picturesque, beautiful views, quite and relaxing, most importantly safe and friendly for a family with children. We went to lasti marina to visit the bars and restaurants and for the children to swim in the sea. Bars and restaurants were all fantastically priced and warm and friendly to us, there was no pressure as we strolled to look in the shops and bars etc.
I can not praise ‘letsrentonline’ enough for their help support and communication at all times, excellent 5* service. Debbie (owner) came to visit us and was warm and friendly to us and my children. She responded instantly to tx messages ( one time late at night due to an issue with the pool )which was sorted straight away! Amazing lady!!
Nothing needs to be improved, it was a perfect holiday, villa and experience. We will be booking the same villa next year. We will be back to Cyprus the whole family fell in love with peristerona!''
The setting is both serene and spectacular with the rolling hills of the nearby villages and the not too distant sea at Latchi giving views you'll remember forever.Peristerona village centre is just 200m away from Villa Triteos and where you will find a taste of the ‘real Cyprus’. With its mini-market selling fresh (natural) organic produce, coffee shops and friendly locals, you won’t have to travel far to get the most out of your holiday. The nearby village of Steni (2km) provides a further choice of coffee shop and traditional taverna for dining during the day or in the evening. In nearby Lysos (5km) you will find a well known hotel (Paradisos Hills) with excellent restaurant, a further taverna, and a few other shops. Activities in Lysos include horse riding, clay pigeon shooting and many walks and mountain bike trails for those who like to be active.Peristerona is primarily an agricultural village producing citrus-fruit vegetables, cereals, olives and almonds. The name Peristerona derives from the Greek word for dove or pigeon (peristeri).
The church, St. Barnabas and Hilarion Church, has five domes on the roof arranged in the shape of a cross, a feature only seen on one other church in the island. Peristerona is always a very green village due to the lush vegetation. It all looks particularly special in winter and spring months and is ideal for photographers, artists and those who like to walk and even hike. It is also home to the famous ‘museum of Arsinoe’ showcasing a stunning collection of Byzantine artefacts. Slightly further afield, you will find further amenities such as supermarkets (3km), pharmacy, petrol station, and the more extensive choice of bars, restaurants, shops etc in Polis (8km). The nearest beach is at Latchi (12km) which is well known as one of the best on the island. You can relax and sun-bathe on the golden sand by the crystal clear waters, sit in the marina and enjoy lunch eating the day’s fresh catch or for the more adventurous there is a great choice of watersports available for all the family.

Summary: Had an absolutely amazing stay here at villa triteos.Everything was perfect from start to finish. We arrived to simple access to the keys and we had a welcome basket full of goodies like fruits, wine and snacks which was perfect as we arrived a little later on the night so all shops were closed. The villa is a stunningly beautiful stone built property with gorgeous grounds and it truly took our breaths away, debbie who owns the villa arrived a couple of days into our stay and welcomed us with open arms, such a lovely lady. She gave us her wealth of information about things to do in the area and the best restaurants to visit as well as the history of the villa. She gave us her number and proceded to take her time to write everything down for us that she has mentioned in person so we had all the information to hand after she had left. The villa itself is beautiful and i cannot fault a single thing. The photos of this property are exactly what you see when you arrive. there are plenty of places to sit back and relax inside and outside of the property and the grounds are truly stunning and well kept. All amenities are great, the showers are brilliant and the beds are extremely comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would ever need and there is even a small dishwasher that was a lifesaver for us as well as a washing machine and even a toastie maker. There is a stone built barbecue outside to the back of the garden which we used and was a great addition. There is plenty of tr

Summary: Lovely house and in a beautiful location. The views are stunning and there is everything you could wish for available. The owner is brilliant and was extremely informative. I would say the pool is in the shade for a large part of the day so could do with heating but apart from that it’s absolutely brilliant!

Summary: Sometimes when you see photos of a place but are disappointed when you see it. Well this certainly did not happen at Triteos. It was beautiful set in the most lovely garden with magnificent views. So peaceful just right for unwinding and recharging. Our host/owner Debbie was most welcoming and left us a provisions welcome pack. We will certainly recommend and rebook.

Summary: Everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Sun or shade, cool or hot. The pool was great for cooling off in and swimming. Nearby beach at Lachi with warm sea and sun loungers and umbrellas and great ice cream. Trip to Blue Lagoon recommended. And Moustakallis restaurant too. Brilliant Cyprus food at a celebration meal in nearby Lysos. Debbie was an amazing host. We came as strangers. We were welcomed into her family and left as friends and family. Thank you Debbie.

Summary: The villa was beautiful, nestled on the edge of the village it was very quiet…. Which was perfect. The grounds of the villa are perfect, shade if you need it and great sun bathing space, pool was lovely. The owner came to meet us on the second day to make sure we were settled in and if there was anything we needed. The property manager was fantastic too, very quick to respond to and queries we had prior to the stay and all had some discount codes for various things to do and lots of advice. We would definitely recommend this property and hope they will have us back in the future. X x

Summary: The villa was superb, inside and out. It was spotless when we arrived, with a fantastic welcome pack which had been left by the owner, Debbie, conatining breakfast cereal, biscuits, crisps, fruit, breadsticks, nuts, coffee, tea, milk, bread, cheese, meat and more. The three bedrooms were ideal for our family, with the wonderful four post bed downstairs with nearby toilet, and the upstairs twin and double bedrooms, with ensuite and balcone access. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and a nice kitchen table seating 6, also a TV and comfortable lounge area. The pool was delightful, and we made full use of it, and the pletiful loungers, family swing, hammock, and poolside stone table and chairs, as well as the outdoor dining table and chairs. There were also swings and a see-saw, and a barbeque with a table at the bottom of the garden. The location in Peristerona is quite remote, but the locals are very friendly when you venture down into the village to use the minimarket, or the lovely and welcoming cafe. Highly recommended villa, close enough to Latchi Marina, with boat trips, boat hire, watersports and a range of bars and restaurants just a twenty minute car ride away. Polis is a little closer, with some lovely restaurants and shops, a livelier location than Peristerona. A car rental is a must for getting around, but the roads are not busy, and drive on the left, so easier to navigate than most roads abroad.

Summary: If you are looking for an ultra modern villa, with brand new bathrooms, kitchen taps, etc, then this is not the villa for you. However, if you are looking for a gorgeous, comfortable, clean villa with lovely features, a great pool and fabulous surroundings/views, then this is absolutely going to tick the boxes. We loved its location in the mountains, particularly the peace and quiet and the views. There are quite a few dogs that continuously bark in the mornings and evenings and the locals just let them carry on without even attempting to stop them but we have found this all over the canaries as well. Theres lots of bird song as well, which we did love. We visited Paphos which was under an hour away but mostly used Latchi as a base for meals at the harbour and I think the supermarket was in Polis, both just a short drive away. We loved how comfortable this villa was and how it felt just like staying in a loved home. The welcome pack on arrival was excellent and much appreciated. Debbie the owner came to see us and she is a lovely lady and full of helpful advice and information on where to go and what to see. We loved our stay and were very sad to leave. I would definitely recommend this villa and would more than happily go back. Thank you 😊
