Villa Georgios Rafaela is an impressive, single storey stone build villa, located in Goudi, a few minutes drive from Polis or Latchi, in an orange grove, with amazing surroundings and pretty local wildlife. It provides all the facilities for a large group and it has been reported exceptional for its privacy, location, al fresco facilities, peace and seclusion, not far from Goudi village center.The property features a wonderful garden with plants and herbs, an inviting swimming pool with dining al fresco facilities next to it, children's playground and it has been noted as the ideal place for a family or party of 9 people who would wish to have a memorable holiday in a private oasis with peace and seclusion.Villa Georgios Rafaela is all set on one level and it is accessed by a private driveway, which joins the village road with its extensive and private secluded grounds.Layout
The front door opens into a spacious, airy, open plan space where a lounge, a dining area and a modern kitchen are nicely fitted.A small joining corridor leads to the bedrooms. On the left hand side is a modern cloakroom and a double bedroom just opposite, with an en-suite jacuzzi shower.Next on the right, is a king sized bedroom with an adjacent family bathroom, another single bedroom good for teenagers seeking their own privacy and next to it the fourth bedroom, which is a twin one, sharing the family bathroom.At the far end is the last but not least master bedroom, with a nicely designed en-suite shower room.All the bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and this is provided free of charge. Summary: The house was very clean, very quiet and peaceful!! The owner provided us with milk, bread, water and other goods and this was very pleasant. Always responsive to answer us and give us any information needed. The pool was very clean and the garden so amazing as in pictures! thanks and see you again soon!!

Summary: Another fantastic holiday at this villa with the family it has everything you need private pool, bbq, plenty of sun beds and outdoor furniture to cater for our family of seven. Close to Polis and Latchi. We had a hire car and a quad bike for the whole of our two week stay. The Villa is well stocked with everything needed in the kitchen, 5 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, comfy beds and plenty of seating in the open plan living room. On arrival there was a a welcome pack in the fridge consisting of milk, bread, water, butter, jam, ham and cheese very much appreciated. We did have a problem with the pool area lights not coming on at night which was sorted immediately once reported. Excellent communication from Eos and the owner. This was our second visit to this Villa and hoping it wont be our last in the future.

Summary: We stumbled across this Villa when our first booking got cancelled we were really unsure what to expect. We arrived in the dark and knew that this villa was going to be lovely.The villa itself is massive and the room setup allows lots of different options depending on the size of your group. The real asset of this Villa is the outside space and remoteness.The outside area including the pool and the barbecue area are beautiful. We spent most of our time at the pool area enjoying the sunshine and the pool itself. The villa is in a very remote location which suited us perfectly that may not suit everybody.A car is vital as you do have to drive to get to most places. However, the drive into polis is over the five minutes and the drive to latchi is around 10 minutes.I would really recommend using Google maps to help find the villa as it is very difficult to locate the first time.The villa itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay and I would definitely book to stay here again.

Summary: Our stay was excellent. We enjoyed the pool and surrounding area. Our granddaughter loved the lizards around the ground. Even though the villa was cleaned after our first week I would have preferred supplies for us to clean ourselves if needed. ie: small vacuum, dustpan & brush? The only down side was that it was very difficult to find and was led there by a very kind neighbour. I add that it was in the dark after midnight? This should not put anyone off as once there it was a fantastic stay.

Summary: Great villa. Peaceful surroundings with plenty of room for three generations. Pool excellent and we’ll maintained. Not yo far from local amenities especially in Polis 15 mins away. A/C needed in extreme heat was excellent and essential. Contact with owner very responsive throughout process from booking to leaving. Would go back but use Pafos rather than Larnaca. Great restaurant Stone Lion about 1 mile away run by Brit expat - huge portions!!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in Goudi. The villa is beautifully located between lots of orange trees. Its only a short drive to the beach or to the smaller nearby mountains. We stayed there together with another family and had lots of space - inside and also outside barbecuing on the patio. The accommodations and the pool gets cleaned every week. Strong recommendation!
