Positive: For a bigger group of people this place is perfect. There were 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a few different zones to relax and a big swimming pool. Rodafinia Beach is only a few minutes away, it is perfect for a quick dip in the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a big refrigerator, stove, washing machine. The owner even let us check in a few hours early.

Negative: As we were staying for a whole week, for such a high price, we aspected more. There were no additional trash bags, laundry detergent or dishwasher pods, no extra toilet paper. We had to buy everything ourselves, so keep this in mind. Also the furniture is very worn-out, the basement was not very clean. Keep in mind the Villa is more in a suburban area, there is only a mini market nearby, so definitely advise to rent a car or a bike to get around.

Summary: Good place for a bigger group of people with a fantastic swimming pool and a beach nearby

Positive: The size of the property is impressive. The outside space was fantastic although we were inundated with ants that liked to bite.

Negative: It’s a really difficult review to leave. The property was extremely spacious however felt from the moment arriving that it needed a really thorough deep clean. The sofa was grubby, doors were hanging off, there were piles of dead ants everywhere, the bedding had marks on it and it felt like everything was just not quite right.

Summary: We made the most of our stay but in all honesty we won’t be returning.

Positive: Fantastic outside area and spacious property. Host was extremely helpful allowing for late checkout. Excellent value for money. Beds were very comfortable excellent space for large families.

Negative: The kitchen cupboards need attention as some doors fell off when opened. A welcome pack would have been helpful, however, we are regular visitors to Cyprus so it wasn’t a problem for us. Just popping a pint of milk in the fridge would be great too. Pool could be cleaned more often.

Summary: Had a brilliant stay overall and the things we didn’t like are ‘only better ifs’

Negative: Many fire ants!!! All over the place, mostly dead but some still alive and stinging. Also during one night a burglar came in and stole our money. No real help from the staff (or the police).

Positive: We loved staying at Villa Victoria. We are a family of eight and there are plenty of rooms and enough space for everyone. The property is very well air conditioned. The pool and outside area was amazing and we loved gazing out over the sea and watching the sun set from the rooftop terrace in the evening. It is quick few minutes stroll to the beach and coastal path.

Summary: The best. I hope we can stay again someday.
