The villa with private pool is only 30 minutes from Naples and is located in a private park with guardian. Car needed. The swimming pool is private for the exclusive use of the tenant (dimensions 10x5 m). It can be used until late in the evening and is equipped with deckchairs, umbrellas, sunbeds, towels. Large and well-kept garden of 800 square meters. In the garden, independent and completely fenced for the safety of children and pets, there are: l lemons, figs, apricot pears and all the typical essences of Mediterranean cuisine such as rosemary, sage and basil (available to the tenant).
