Summary: It was superficially clean, but items in the kitchen for example were not clean. Towels were rock hard, and i couldnt use the coffee maker, it has visable rust and dirt. Kind of you get what you pay for. A place to sleep and the size is decent for 4 people for sure. But no frills and i felt kind of icky all the time because it didnt feel clean.

Summary: We are seniors that were looking for a break from our winter weather of northern Michigan. On a whole the weather was great and the Villas was occupied with other seniors. The location was quiet and peaceful yet a short drive to all the amenities of a big city. Loved the stay.

Summary: We stayed because it is close to Grand Oaks Horse Park. The cabin is comfortable and clean!!! Host was very cooperative about extending check out due to horse show competition. Host is very kind and understanding.
