Summary: We, two adults and two children, enjoyed our stay at this residence very much. Pictures represent the villa very well. Near to the beach & Cefalu. House was clean and everything in good order. Rental car is a must. Vincenzo gave us a very warm welcome.

Summary: The accommodation we had for two weeks over Easter 2012 was one of four apartments in the house in the picture. We had a two bed two bathroom apartment on the ground floor. It was modern, clean and well maintained and good value for the price charged. It is located on a gated community of similar properties most of which were unoccupied whilst we were there. The area is quiet. You do need a car to access any amenities as they are not really in walking distance. The nearest supermarket (Conad) is about 1.5 kms away. The nearest takeout and ATM is at Campofelice di Roccella about 3 kms away. The location is good for touring with easy access to the autostrada. It is about an hour's driving time from the Palermo airport. The owner/manager Pietro and his wife were friendly and helpful. The wife speaks good English. A minor problem with a shower was fixed within an hour. We found the best takeout for pizza and roast chicken was New Pizza Progresso, Via A Cipolla 4 in Campofelice which is just off the square on the road leading down to the viewpoint walkway. The best capuccino and icecream was at Bar Roccella on the square. The bank with the ATM is also on the square

Summary: "Very good villa, we shared a villa for one month with our relatives who also came with small toddler baby, it was fun, convenient, clean and very hospitable. Pietro is the star, he showed us everything around, including shops, car rent and was very prompt to our requests. We are now thinking of coming back next summer."

Summary: "The house and apartment were very beautiful, clean, completely equipped, two bedrooms and two toilets. The garden is more then beautiful with lots of various flowers and trees. Sandy beach is in three minutes walking. Situated very good in order to visit many interesting places in Sicily. The owner was very friendly and kind. We really enjoyed our staying there - Mr. P. gracie mille ! "

Summary: This house was a perfect house for our vacation in spring 2011. The house is located near Cefalu and is a very good base to explore the whole island. Even the Etna is only a 2.5 hour drive away! We had a perfect time. The house is comfortable and has a good veranda to sit outside on. As we are rather tall (over 6 feet / 1.8 m), we were happy to have rented the 4+4, as the upper floor would have been a bit small (as in: low ceiling) for us. Also the owner Pietro is very friendly and helpful. He picked us up close by and drove us to the location himself, after only a 5 minute wait. There is a supermarket (2 actually) close by, plenty of fuelstations, and the entry to the highway system is also not far. Tip for archeologists to be: Solunto is not to far and can easily be considered a hidden gem.

Summary: We had a great time in Sicily enjoying the sea and travelling around the island with our car. The villa is very nice, clean, and well-maintained. It has a beatiful garden. The owner is very helpful. The beach is quite rocky but there is a nicer beach just a few minutes walk away. Beginning of October the temperatures were mild and the sea was warm enough for swimming. The location is perfect to start day trips. Cefalù, which is only 8 km away, is a beatiful little town with a sandy beach. Thanks a lot for your hospitality, Pietro!

Summary: "Fantastic clean and very modern houses in the nice ambiente. Sea very close, and what was absolutelly teriffic, no people on the beach, so we had the whole sea for us. Not very good connection to shops if you dont have a car. But the owner was very very nice and helped us in questions tranportation us to the supermarket. Train station pretty near, so u can be in 15 minutes in Cefallu and 40 minutes in Palermo."
