A classic red brick farmhouse with porches that look over our vineyards to Lake Ontario and beyond to the skyline of Toronto. Niagara Escarpment Biosphere Reserve in your backyard with access to Bruce Trail. High quality furnishings with hardwood floors throughout including in a well provisioned, custom kitchen. Entirely accessible with elevator: a rarity!
PLEASE NOTE 4% Municipal Tax rate is included in price unlike with other listing sites should you be comparing prices across platforms. There is a separate basement flat in the house: separate entrance.
Four full bedrooms with generous closet space. Master bedrooms has an ensuite with shower/tub and the main bathroom has an accessible, dual shower head roll in shower. Television room is separate from the living room so some can watch while others chat. The upstairs den has a pullout and a wonderful balcony with loveseat and chair.
For wine tourists, this lovely rural property is less than ten kilometers to Jordan Village, the headquarters of Cave Spring Cellars, and its shops, galleries and restaurants. It is a similar distance to the Mountainview area of wineries such as Hidden Bench and Peninsula Ridge and the Cherry Avenue wineries such as Tawse and Vineland Estates. There are wineries such as Malivoire and Redstone that you can easily walk to! Culinary tourists are equally well served by the exciting winery restaurants in the Twenty Valley, such as Inn on the Twenty and the Good Earth Bistro.
For theatre goers, the Shaw Festival is a leisurely half hour drive. And don't miss the Niagara Falls, the same half hour away. For international guests, the house is 99 kilometres from downtown Toronto and about 40 Kilometres to the US border and Buffalo: both cities are achievable day trips from the Estate House.

Summary: We were looking for a winery get away with 4 couples. I looked at several possibilities and couldn't have picked a better location and venue. The house is stunning! Lots of charm & character. Great view! The Cave Spring winery is a must try also. Helen was great to work with planning our stay.

Summary: A beautiful property ideal for multi generation family to gather and visit. Wonderful to have hiking trails beside the property and space for kids to run and play. Very peaceful and lovely overlooking the vineyards and lake in the distance. It was perfect for our family to be together to prepare for our daughters wedding at cave spring winery Barns down the road. The hosts were exceptionally accommodating and the home was well equipped to provide for a relaxed time. We are so happy we chose the Estate House!

Summary: Magical place situated as described within a working immaculate vineyard. When home feel entered your peaceful place - the house is immaculate / bedding/ linens all comfy. Helen is responsive, helpful, :). We had commitments in Niagara and St Catherine’s and this location suited us perfectly .We travel a bit and this is on our gem list.

Summary: We cannot say enough about our stay at Helen's property, Cave Springs Estate! We rented this Victorian but modern home for the weekend while we prepared for and celebrated our son's wedding. Convenient location for my elderly parents and for our daughter managing a newborn and a two-year-old. My 86-year father found the elevator very helpful, no stairs for him and my mom!! Great spot for the grooms' men to get ready Saturday morning then a few pictures around the property with the wonderful views of the vineyard! Thank you for sharing this beautiful home! It made the memories we made extra special! Hope to return again! The Walker Family!

Summary: I f we could give 11/10 we would. Great stay from being greeted by host at the start with fresh flowers and nice wine. Our family stayed for 3 nites and this made my sons wedding weekend entirely special. We enjoyed a beautiful bbq on the gas grill overlooking the vineyards and the sunset on our first nite. The other days devoted to the wedding allowed for great accommodations and easy breaky and lunch and snack prep. Our dog loved the porch and we all enjoyed our vineyard and adjacent conservation Bruce Trail walks. A hidden gem for sure.

Summary: Absolutely beautiful property! Stayed for 3 nights at the end of August for my wedding next door at Cave Springs Vineyard. The property was perfect and made for a great place to get ready with my bridesmaids. The space was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!
