Positive: A very welcoming atmosphere in a great landscape. The highlight was Captain Kawasaki, our chef at the Eagle Nest restaurant. Great dinner event! Highly recommended.

Positive: The view is fantastic and the food was really great. The facilities are really kept clean and everything was in good order. They have sufficient oulets (even with c ports) for charging cellphones and camera batteries.

Negative: I would have liked a coffee station in the room. Getting around the lodge can be a bit challenging for less mobile persons. The parking was also a bit congestive.

Summary: I would definitely stay there again, the views are just amazing and the staff really friendly.

Negative: We had the Heavens Gate lodge with unique view. But the track light was switched out at night, which felt a bit strange, to be fully in the dark.
