Positive: The host was great, very responsive, such a nice man. Any issues I had, he immediately addressed, and made sure that my stay was good and that I had everything I needed. Liked the location a lot for navigating around Virginia Beach. The back porch was pleasant to sit and relax.
Negative: Very misleading information about the property. It is an older home with no updating where the main living area, kitchen, and a bedroom can be rented. The other half, including the main bedroom and attached bathroom, with a refrigerator and microwave and TV was the other part that could be rented. There is a locked door (passage lock) between the two areas to separate them. The website was not clear, I thought I was renting the entire home. Misleading in that it did not seem like a duplex. Descriptions should be clearer. The garage has a living space, and there is a camper on the property that can be rented. So there is a total of four different accommodations and it was confusing. Kudos to the host for monetizing this property.
