Positive: very well kept property, clean and comfortable. Plenty of space .
Negative: There were not trash bags for the kitchen area. The car parked on the sidewalk blocked the driveway and trash can also blocked the drive way. difficult to park.

Negative: I didn’t like all of the stairs I had to go up. I wasn’t aware that there were two flights of stairs.

Positive: The apartment was very clean and looked to have been very recently updated and upgraded. It was nicely stocked with kitchen essentials. it also had a nice little deck overlooking the back yard that was very well kept. The immediate neighborhood was very quiet and clean It ended up being perfect place for our stay in the DC area
Negative: It is located in the best part of what is not the greatest neighborhood in DC but we felt very safe in the home during our stay. The closest grocery store or restaurant was a 5 to 10 minute walk but were encouraged by Uber drivers not to walk outside our immediate 1 or two block area at night time.
Summary: Loved our stay and would gladly stay at the property again

Positive: The property is super clean and comfortable everything is excellent , the decoration ,the space of the room all was perfect. We found in the place all what we need and all was clean and proper.We enjoyed our stay and we are planning to stay again on our way back. It is close to down town and shopping areas . The area is safe and the neighbourhood was super quite and calm .Zyhra the owner was super nice and cooperative thank you Zyhra for everything.I highly recommend this place.

Positive: The house was nicely set up. It was clean, and we loved the back patio.
Negative: My mom has problems with her legs, and the stairs going up to the living space and again going up to the bedrooms were just too much for her to climb.

Positive: Vista house is a great place for a group of friends or family. Each bedroom has a bathroom with all the toiletries, the kitchen is well equipped and spacious. The house is not too far from the city centre. You can get there by bus or taxi. The neighbourhood felt safe and quiet. The supermarkets were nearby. We enjoyed staying at Vista A-A and recommended it to everyone who wants to visit Washington DC! Thank you for having us!
