Summary: This was a great property and a great price point! Dr. Gibson was exceptionally responsive at check-in, during stay, and after check out. I stayed at property during annual conference and surely will be back.

Summary: It was an amazing and easy stay. The only problem I had was the sink and toilet both clogged right off the bay and there was no plunger. Other than that it was nice & quiet.

Summary: cozy and warm place to stay my host was so friendly and spot on. I love the location and the views were outstanding this was my first visit to dc and plan on coming back and I would defiantly stay here. the price is second to none and I had the best host.

Summary: It’s not fancy, but it works great if you don’t need a kitchen. Listing said there was a hot tub but that turned out to be an error, which was disappointing. Host generally responded very quickly.

Summary: The space was clean and the bed was comfortable. The neighborhood where the home is located is about half a mile from Pennsylvania Avenue, so getting to tourist attractions such as the White House and the Washington Monument is straightforward. While the blanket could have been thicker, overall this is a good place and I would stay again.

Summary: I was out at a workshop from 8AM to about 10PM. The property was in a nice neighborhood with driveway parking. The bedroom was clean with a dresser. The middle room had a sofa and some other seating and a book case with interesting books.. The small room leading to the bathroom had a mini-fridge and a small desk. The bathroom was small, but clean and functional. Communication was clear, professional, with very quick responses. This is a great space for visit to DC when you expect to be out and about. There was no ability to cook.
