Positive: You cannot fault the villas, the resort, or the staff here - it is amazing! The villa, the room, the big pool, the comfy bed - all perfect. And the staff will do anything for you - special big thanks to Tama, who sourced some special souvenirs we were having trouble finding. He really went out of his way.
Negative: They offer a lot of channels, but you actually have to have your own membership to use Netflix, etc. At other similar resorts, you watch on their membership, which would be much better. It would also be good to have the breakfast in the villas. We ordered the floating breakfast the day before we left, but they were not able to do it - we were very disappointed about that.
Summary: Absolutely perfect! Most beautiful villa and pool we’ve ever stayed at.

Negative: If you like English breakfast with Milk, they don’t have milk and they don’t have English breakfast so bring your own. Also when I got the milk from the restaurant it costed 25000++ I asked about if you can get the floaty over Booking.com and they said yes but they didn’t tell me they charge 350,000+ for the rental for this price. I could’ve bought my own also all the big resource they will give all these flies and everything else as free as you’re already paying such a high cost. The arrival drink was refreshing and cold, but I felt that wasn’t fresh juice but pet bottle juice I can see most of the customers were Chinese that’s why the breakfast was mainly catered for Chinese audience. The nescafe was horrible. Again, if you pay so high you expect good coffee and tea the watermelon juice was good and apart from watermelon and papaya, fruits like melon were blend and not ripe. The staff doesn’t understand English a lot most of the time is very difficult that what you want. The fridge wasn’t clean properly, and as he open it, you will smell a very strong beer smell. As if someone had putting open beer in it. Cleaning staff was very quick and they had like multiple people doing a quick job to keep the privacy. Most of the pools are 1.4 meter It really should be 1.2 meter for everyone to be comfortable and enjoy Had horrible massage. Luckily the manager accepted and removed the fees
