Perfectly located on a quiet cul de sac, walking distance to the center of Amagansett. It's also just over a mile to East Hampton Center and various ocean beaches. Recently renovated and professionally designed and furnished with the help of a well known NYC designer in order to achieve a tranquil beach retreat.
A beautifully finished home set on an exquisitely landscaped property, the house is maintained to the highest standard. The home boasts 5 bedrooms including 2 over-size master suites with king size beds and en-suite master baths, each with separate jacuzzi tubs and large showers. The goal of the home was to provide a restful and beautiful escape to the busy NY lifestyle so no expense was spared to create an experience that would inspire great sleep and rejuvenation. The beds and linens are exceptional!
The main floor has a master suite, separate from all living areas on the floor, which includes a full dining room, large family room with surround sound and large kitchen area that includes a large island and an additional sitting and TV area. The kitchen, family room and master suite each possess french doors that open to the large wraparound deck and beautiful pool area that faces a densely wooded area of conservation land, allowing for unparalleled privacy, beauty and tranquility. The backyard also includes screened-in porch and extra large webber grill. The salt water pool is heated and there is a large outdoor shower with separate changing area.
The second floor includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, including the second master suite, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with two twin beds.
The basement is newly renovated and includes a huge play area, massive u-shaped couch and a 65" TV with surround sound. The basement includes a fifth bedroom with queen bed and a full bathroom. Both the bedroom and main area offer ample natural light. The large laundry room in the basement includes 2 pairs of full size washers and gas dryers so laundry is a breeze. A second full size refrigerator ensures ample stocks of chilled beverages. Also within the basement is a full-size Precor Treadmill and full-size Precor Elliptical, the same models that are typically found in health clubs.
Each floor has its own heating and air conditioning zone, controlled by Nest thermostats.
Our goal is to obtain tenants that will enjoy the property as much as us and look after the home like their own. Our caretaker, pool cleaner and house cleaner all live nearby and all have been with the property since it was built, and will help to make your experience exceptional.
