Summary: Karl is wonderful to work with and was always very prompt with his responses. We had to leave after one day because of an emergency and my problem is with the Vrbo site. We had a 13 day rental and if I had been able to cancel Karl could have put it back on the market, and I could have been partially refunded but Vrbo does not allow you to cancel after you check in. It was over 2 holidays and it would have rented if it could have been listed again.
