Summary: Communication with Ryan was slow from the start, then when he learned more about me and my family and how we all just wanted to get away he was unbelievably accommodating. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed to have the best time and made sure he answered ALL of my questions. The home leaves way more than the pictures could ever describe. Its the perfect little quiet getaway for a large mature group and excellent for pets or a large family with kids. The house and location was perfect for our needs and we can't wait to go back. Thanks Ryan for Everything!!!

Summary: Great place to stay for a race weekend. easy to get to on the back side of the track so you miss all of the traffic. Can walk to the track to save on parking fees, about 1 1/2 miles walk easy flat walking. Host is very nice and accommodating too, place is clean and plenty of room with nice outdoor space and many other conveniences.

Summary: First time using VRBO, and what a pleasant experience. Renter was great! He kept us updated with information (such as parking passes needed to get to the house). The house was clean, homey, and very user friendly for our group. There was even baked poppy seed bread to welcome us to the home. Towels, linens, kitchen supplies, grilling access all included. There was a washer/dryer for when we got muddy at Firefly. Great location for events such as Firefly, NASCAR. My nephew also enjoyed the small woods next door to catch frogs! I would recommend this property to any large group who wants a great experience using VRBO.

Summary: First I will state this was my first time ever renting a property, I usually just get a hotel but since I was hosting a bachelor party I needed the extra space. As stated above I had the pleasure of hosting a bachelor party, we were to go down to Dover and spend the weekend to see a NASCAR race. We were a party of 8 so this property was absolutely perfect in terms of distance to the race, number of beds, and cost. The owner of the property Ryan was super attentive and was in contact what felt like 24/7. He helped us tremendously, and if there was an issue he couldn't solve he had the help of his parents that lived quite near. The house was spacious, and we had access to a few extras I was not 100% aware of (grill, tailgating games, and a fully stocked kitchen). When we first arrived at the location about 8:00 PM (originally supposed to be 6:00 pm traffic was insane) Ryan parents were there to greet us. It was pitch black and the road had little to no street lights. But they were outside with flashlights guiding us to the homes driveway (think flight deck crew). These people were more than accommodating, they even provided us with home baked pumpkin bread and some cinnamon maple walnut dessert. (i loved the bread). On top of that one of my friends had to leave earlier than everyone else and had to get to a Greyhound bus terminal as the race was underway. Sue and I believe Tim (perhaps Tom I'am sorry I forgot!) Ryan's parents, they went back to the home picked up his luggage and then went to the race track to pick my friend up. I work for a 4 diamond hotel and this personal service rivals that of some of the best hotels I've been to or worked for. If you need to stay in Dover for whatever reason come here, you would be doing yourself a huge disservice if you go elsewhere.
