Positive: We had to book this accommodation last minute as our initial one fell through. It was a busy weekend as had sold-out concerts back to back at Wembley. The booking was easily confirmed through Booking.com despite it being last minute. It comes with its own parking which is a bonus in London. The place was about 30 minutes drive to Wembley stadium, 45 minutes via public transport. A lot of reviews pointed out that they could not get their deposit back. I messaged them 2 days after our stay and I have received back our deposit within the agreed time of 7 days (I got it back in the 5th day post check out).
Negative: The house’s walls are very thin, you can easily hear each other from different rooms and you can hear the neighbours’ conversation so it’s not very private. The house is near bus stops but is about 20 minutes walk from train stations or tube. The check-in process was a bit tedious. We had to sign an agreement with them and needed to upload ID for every guests. The deposit had to be transferred separately manually, they will charge you £20 processing fee if you use a credit card. Because of the other reviews making us concerned about losing our deposits, we took pictures and videos of when we arrived and before checking out, so if anything happens it can be disputed but it was a bit of a hassle.

Positive: Very easy checkin service, at first communication was greats. Flat was clean.
Negative: I didn’t like the fact after I booked to stay there they had an issue with the property so they switched us into a different place but it was done swiftly. Another issue I had is you pay a deposit before the stay and they say you receive it back within 7days it’s been over two weeks I left it in the same state I arrived in nothing was damaged. However their communication has changed they give slow replies if they even reply and keep saying we will sort this out by x day and don’t. They became very unprofessional after leaving.
Summary: Staying at property was ok no problems occurred avoid booking because they do not return deposits

Positive: Everything was good, location, amenities and parking.
Negative: Bathroom, shower wasn't fixed. I complained about it but no any response. Request for changing bedsheets and new towels are not free of cost, even price of staying was too high. Bulb of one room wasn't working.
