If you are a large group, and enjoy luxury and comfort, search no longer. Excellent choice to celebrate any occasion or explore the picturesque cottage country. Marina, beaches, provincial parks are nearby.
Enjoy our fully equipped gourmet kitchen, comfortable beds and relax in our common area where everyone can find rest from the busy city lifestyle.We made sure we have everything for your convenience and pleasant stay in this over 3000 sqft home. 6 fully furnished bedrooms with brand new high end furniture. Everything in this home has been carefully thought of, with nothing left unfinished. Rest easy with brand new Sealy Posturepedic mattresses on every bed in the home with crisp, fresh linens for your stay. Towels, shampoos, hair dryer, fully equip kitchen etc. are all included with your stay.
Here, at Wares Estate, our first priority is our guest. We are making sure you’re not lacking anything during your stay here, and we are kindly asking you to respect our home. We would like to keep it in a pristine condition for your next visit and therefore we ask for it to be kept in adequate condition. We guarantee you a peaceful atmosphere and a pleasant stay.
We are conveniently located within a short distance from public beaches, Hardy Lake provincial park, Torrance Barrens Dark-Sky Preserve, Guwling Lake park, Windsor park, Walker’s Point Marina, Walker’s Point community centre with tennis courts, recreational activities and classes available. Fire station and ambulance station are within 2 kilometers from us. We are close to Gravenhurst, Bala, Bracebridge and Port Carling, where you can enjoy high end restaurants, bars, concerts and even opera! Muskoka’s extensive snowmobile network features more than 1,600kms of OFSC trails, making Muskoka one of the most traversed snowmobile trail networks in Ontario. Muskoka offers a great list of trails that can be used for skiing and snowshoeing.

- [ ] If there is nowhere for you to take the garbage ( if you are not Canadian or any other reason) you have to collect it in large black bags and leave INSIDE , on the kitchen floor, make sure it’s not leaking, double bag if needed. Please let us know if you will be leaving the garbage and how many bags before checking out. EXTRA CHARGE WILL APPLY
- [ ] *Do not wear outdoor shoes inside the sauna.
- [ ] *When you smoke outside, discard cigarettes and ashes in an unburnable (and unmeltable) can filled with sand and never throw cigarettes on the ground. ... Make sure cigarettes and ashes are out before throwing them in the trash can. Soak cigarette butts and ashes in water before throwing them away.
*Do not flush in the toilets anything but toilet paper.
*The house has to be left the same way it was found.
If you needed to move furniture, kindly return it back where it was.
Dishes have to be washed and placed back where it was taken from.
Please, leave towels in the bathrooms and bed sheets on the beds, you don’t have to remove or wash it.
*Do not leave any food or dirty dishes outside unattended or overnight ( if you don’t want to meet a hungry animal)

Summary: Overall would recommend this cottage and rebook. Theres a ton of space for activities inside the cottage and it was very clean and comfortable. Communication with the owners was so easy. The cottage is about 15 min away from the community and is very easily accessible. There are no real beaches nearby but there is a little park with sand and water access.Would give it a 4.7 overall. If the cottage had access to the water from the property and we didnt have to take our own garbage id give it a 5/5.

Summary: We were a family of 14 getting together for the first time in quite a few years. This property was perfect, it had the space, the bedrooms and the entertainment room in the basement. The owner was very accommodating with any requests. Great property for larger groups. Highly recommended.

Summary: Clean and comfortable. Lots of room for all 13 of us. Mattresses on beds were all firm. Some of our group were use to softer mattresses. So this was an issue for a few people. We enjoyed our stay there and would be glad to come back!

Summary: We spend there 7 days , had a great family time , owner was very friendly and supportive. Rooms and Washrooms are very clean and good . Good place for the holiday.

Summary: The property and the surroundings are fabulous! We were the party of 15, celebrating serious milestone birthday. We felt like kids having pool and table-tennis tournament, enjoyed hiking in the neighboring provincial park, loved the walk to the marina (did not remember its name!) and overall had a great time! We definitely want to come back!

Summary: Our group enjoyed our time at this property. It is very clean and there are lots of bedrooms for a large group. Our group really enjoyed the activities in the basement and the firepit. It isn't on the water which was unfortunate because we went during a hot summer weekend but there is a very small little lake beach a few minutes by car down the road. There are other larger beaches too but it little further away (15-20mins). The only real complaints from the group was that had no access to the thermostat but Milana was quick to make changes for us quickly. The rental process was so easy with Milana. She was quick to answer all of our questions.
