Cottage was totally remodeled in 2013 to a 3 Bedroom , 2 bath home with cathedral ceiling living room, marble and hardwood floors, granite countertop, new mattresses, etc. charming living room with glass windows overlooks the shimmering Point Judith Pond. There are a fenced-in shady backyard area, hot and cold outdoor shower, central air conditioning , private beach only steps away, etc.

Summary: Weather was exceptional and loved the view from the deck. Had lobsters and steamers the night we arrived and things couldn’t have been better. Beds were comfy and overall it was an excellent relaxing getaway. Would look forward to spending another stay!

Summary: I've stayed here before, and really love it. it's very clean and quiet place with an excellent view of the water with lots of nearby beaches and restaurants. It's also pet friendly and I like that I don't have to book for a week at a time. One thing to note. I celebrated my birthday and had a small party, parking is not allowed on the nearby streets. We were told by the neighbors their cars would be towed. So we used the Stop & Shop parking lot which is a little over a mile up the road and shuttled our guests. But will definitely be staying there again.

Summary: I'd advise to read all of the reviews before reserving this property, we were disappointed. The pictures are very misleading. It is an old cottage that has been neglected. It's a good thing we weren't planning on preparing or cooking meals, the kitchen is not set up for cooking anything, except making coffee. The house might have been cleaned prior to our stay but definitely needs an overhaul. Bring your own towels / linens. As most reviews state, the view is pretty amazing and surrounding neighborhood quaint, nearby restaurants were good and the beach isn't too far away.

Summary: View is spectaluar. Home was great but just a few details off from perfect. It was very cold when we got in, the tablecloth was full of pet hair and there wasn't a hand towel in sight. Other than that we enjoyed our stay🙂

Summary: Perfect little cottage for a weekend away for Parents Weekend at URI. The views are stunning and the house was well stocked wtih linens and everything you need. Its not the ritz, but perfect for a quick getaway and you cannot beat the views.

Summary: Great location for those who love to watch the boats on the water. House was clean, comfortable. Be prepared it’s small but the view makes up for it. Huge master bathroom. Note dogs are not allowed on the beach during the season. Off season they are.

Summary: House was great. Location was good. Short drive to anything you may need. Wonderful restaurants. Information provided thru the house. Full laundry, many bedrooms... Quiet location. Lots of streets to walk. But we had bad weather- high winds, cool out and rain. Leftover of a major hurricane in FL. It was off season too. Beach isn't really a beach you can sit on the sand which is okay but some may be taken back. It is perfect for kayakers and boaters. I would have been content sitting on the huge deck looking at the bay but weather prevented it. Above I left off a star because people should be aware that anyone with mobility issues would struggle with this house. Inside steps were steep and the wooden deck steps could be challenging. Especially when wet. Not a concern for us but caught my attention. Would love to return in either nicer weather or in-season. I would recommend as long as you are aware of the type of beach and the stairs. This was my first time using Vrbo. It worked out wonderful and I recommend them again.

Summary: The location was great but the accommodations were sub par. There was major overgrowth of lovely wisteria growing onto the deck table. We had to trim it to sit down. There were rusted items buried in it and a broken chair. The kitchen was completely out of date and disorganized and without a dishwasher. The drawers were full of really old and some rusted implements. The flatware drawer contained only six forks! We had to wash forks constantly.The pots and pans were jumbled, some were ancient . There was not one wooden spoon for stirring. The whole kitchen was shabby and disorganized and badly set up. The trash was supposed to be taken to a room on the ground level and the room was filled with trash which an animal had gotten into and we called the property manager who did come and clear it. It was a disgusting smelly mess. The gas grill was broken and unusable. The downstairs bedrooms had no tables or lamps, just beds. The upstairs bed was full size and lumpy.. The living room was uncomfortable due to its size and shape and the oversized furniture from which the preventedthe tv from being viewed without a crick in your neck. There also was no lamp and only overhead harsh lighting which made tv viewing difficult. The views were wonderful and this place could be really lovely with a small investment and some care. Updated printed communication such as rules, and info to tell renters to bring paddleboards and/or kayaks would have been appreciated. The cord for the DVD was also missing. The plantings were wonderful just very overgrown. Also the linens were lacking and there were no beach towels. Non local guests would appreciate having them. A tv downstairs would be a nice addition too. I know a beach house isn’t home but it should be comfortable and easier than it was. It is not inexpensive to rent one.It is evident that the place is neglected.
