Summary: House had lots of room for the group to be together or separately. The veiw from the upper sitting areas was beautiful. Kitchen was well equipped which made it easy to cook for a large group. Would definitely come back.

Summary: Just stayed for a girls trip for the weekend and this home was beautiful and spacious and so clean. The cottage on the property was an extra bonus and absolutely adorable. Not only was the home perfect but the location truly cannot be beat. With views of the ocean and 5 minute drive to downtown Newport, it was the perfect spot! Summary: From start to finish, our family of nine could not have had a more enjoyable stay at a lovelier place. The owner of this delightful home was as welcoming and accommodating as could be, and we had every amenity available to us that we could want. The house was immaculate and beautifully appointed!!! Summary: We loved staying here. The location can't be beat - a few minute walk to the beach, a few minute drive to the piers or mansions in Newport, and a great neighborhood for a morning walk. The house was amazing - clean, wonderfully decorated, and spacious. The balconies on the 2nd and 3rd floor have a great view of the beach and the sunset, and the hot tub on the 3rd floor was a big hit. The beds and couches were comfy and we had lots of room to spread out. The kitchen was huge and well appointed. There was a nice picnic table outside and a small yard in the back to run around. We didn't take advantage of the grill or the guest cottage, but they both looked great too.

Summary: I stayed with a group of friends at this location for a girls' weekend. The view was gorgeous and the home exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed being outside and the quick walk to the beach. The home had comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and the best main suite I have ever seen!
