Summary: Lovely property in great family friendly location. Great communication with host and seamless check-in. Large property with sit down views from almost every room. We have two young kids so the interior with beautiful hardwood floors on the stairs was a little precarious but we managed. Overall, excellent experience.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here. Place was huge with plenty of room for our school group to chill out and relax. The hosts were great with providing extra beds for the young ones and having the house in great condition on arrival. Would highly recommend this place for its big luxury home, quite area, awesome water views, jetty and pool.

Summary: Property is situated in the perfect spot. Tarren point bowling club is a 100m walk and local shopping arcade is 60m away with the best burger joint in town. Miranda Fair is a 15min drive at most. Would stay again! The weather was very windy which was unfortunate being unable to make use of the water front. Wish the pool was heated or outdoor shower had hot water connected, little things that could only make the place better. We did have a hot water issue which Marian was straight onto and had resolved quickly without issue. The property probably needs to have more spare linen just in case for winter and extra towels as a backup, maybe a few more cups and mugs also but these probably go missing with previous guests.

Summary: From the moment you walk in, the place is spacious and beautiful. Harmony House is complete with pool and being on the water, and has an amazing outdoor area. The place has so many bedrooms and bathrooms. The living areas are magnificent. Everything you need is there and if not, the host will probably provide or help with whatever you need. Marian is such a great host, since the moment I made contact to make an enquiry until the last day of check out, thank you.

Summary: Our family of 10 stayed at Marians place in Sylvania Waters for 9 days and had an absolute blast. The house is in a great location and central to everything you need. The pool was great fun despite the weather starting to get cooler we utilised it as best we could. Marian was a great host, was prompt the whole time from the original booking through to the end of the stay. We endeavour to be back in the future.
