Welcome to Cozy Creek Retreat- a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath lakeside cabin suitable for 12 guests. The home offers lots of space to spread out and enjoy Kentucky Lake. A covered deck, hot tub and lots of parking make it ideal for families. The home was completely renovated in 2021 and comes with a fully stocked kitchen. The home sits on top of a hill overlooking the lake. Water views are seasonal. A walk through the back yard takes you to a private dock. The walk to the dock does require you to go down the hill and does have spots with a steep incline so this is not ideal for those with balance and ambulation issues. The large yard allows for corn hole, horseshoes, a Hammock and a large fire pit.

Summary: Our family really enjoyed our short fall break here, but the property is not lakefront as listed. The home is well appointed, even better than the pictures. We enjoyed mornings sipping coffee in front of the fireplace & on the deck overlooking the woods, listening to birds, and evenings by the fire pit. One of the biggest hits for us was sitting in the amazing hot tub each evening. The space was very clean, the beds were so comfortable and we had pretty much everything we needed. Overall our stay was very positive, but there are a few things that future renters should know… The grill needs to be replaced badly. We had to contact owner to get tips on how to light it since the knobs are completely worn off. It took awhile, but we finally got it started. The provided lighter bit the dust so we were thankful to have brought matches so we could get it started. Highly recommend bringing your own lighter just to be on the safe side. The grates on the inside are also very corroded. The property would be better listed as lake adjacent, not lakefront. At no time of year would it be possible for this property to be lake front. It is creek front though when the water is at max level. The lake is a 1/4 mile away from the property & the walk down the hill is treacherous, our son actually fell down the hill. To fish the dock it much easier to use the road & walk down steps to the dock. If you want a relaxing, quiet, wooded retreat, with a sliver of a lake view, this is it.

Summary: Was there for bass tournament. Plenty of parking for boats and trucks to stay hooked up. Outside electric for charging. House is clean and plenty of room

Summary: I went with my family and close friends and we had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful and well supplied and whatever we needed the owner left for us. The woods where very fun for the kids to explore and the lake had a stunning view as well. My kids and I will definitely think about going again!!

Summary: This was the perfect place for us to stay. It was a hunting trip for the guys and the girls got to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. Very nice place to stay. It was exactly what we expected. Everything was great.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean with a pleasant smell. The beds were quite comfortable and house well furnished. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to cook each meal. There was ample room for our family if 5 to spread out. We enjoyed the games provided and the deck was a nice hangout on the warmer evenings. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. It was nice on the cool evenings under the starry sky. We didn’t use the fire pit due to dry conditions and fire risk but it was a nice area and is a must for next trip. It is a bit of a hike to the dock but that is accurately described in the description. Definitely would stay again.
