Summary: I love the big appliances (refrigerator, dish washer, stove, washer and drier). They are modern and functional. I was surprised with the pots and pans. They seemed new, no scratches. Unlike the other house rentals I've been. :( Lots of storage in the house. Lots of kitchen small appliances were available.

Summary: Had a great time in this house for our annual trip with friends. House was super comfortable for us to enjoy hanging out with each other. Bedrooms were spacious and sooo comfortable. Enjoyed the close location the the beach. Until next time!

Summary: This is a beautiful home. The master bedroom is a sweet retreat. And, the hot tub was a dream at sunset. The ocean views are minimal due to the sand dunes, and beach access is down a steep sandy decline. This would not be safe for people with any form of limited mobility.

Summary: We (three friends) had a wonderful stay at Dolphin Dunes. The home was very comfortable - great beds, abundant towels, well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the hot tub and the ping pong table, watching whales spout from the top of the dunes, walking the beach (be aware it's a challenging climb to get down and up), and exploring the beauty of the larger region. Dolphin Dunes provided a peaceful space to recharge at the end of each day while watching the sunset.

Summary: Really wanted to love this house.This house needs some maintenace and definitely needs cleaned. The rugs are dirty and stained and they clearly were not vacuumed. There was a dirty bandaid in the middle of the living room floorThere was food and crumbs all over the floors, the dining table and chairs were dirty and rickety, there crumbs and food in the window sills. The dishwasher falls forward when the door is open because it is not mounted, the refrigerator in the kitchen was not only dirty upon our arrival but was not cold, it took nearly 2 days before it was cold. There is a second fridge in the garage, however, it was filthy and most of the shelving is broken. The dishes in the cupboards were dirty, I am not talking about a few spots, there was food all over them I had to wash dishes before we could use them.. I pulled back the blankets in the primary bedroom to find the sheets were dirty, covered in crumbs and had long black hair stuck to the pillow cases, I found extra sheets in the closet but they were also dirty, I couldn't wash them either because there wasn't any laundry soap. The hot tub is nice, but there is no privacy, it can be seen from the street and the kitchen and living windows of the neighbor g home looks right at it as well, made it very hard to enjoy a relaxing soak with random strangers staring at you.I spent the first two hours at this house cleaning

Summary: This was a great house for 3 couples; plenty of space and bathrooms. Even in peak summer, the beach was uncrowded, with lovely long walks in either direction, and short drives to several attractions. The northerly summer sunset horizon is visible straight from the house!

Summary: This was a lovely place to stay! Great location and wonderful house. We enjoyed the lights in the bathroom, the big windows with the view, the hot tub, and the beach. The beach access is very steep but our kids enjoyed sliding down to the beach. We would definitely recommend this place!!
