Summary: Ian is a great host! Property was very clean and well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware, organized and had plenty of cabinet space for our groceries. Beds were comfortable. Nice living room with plenty of comfortable seating that can be used as a pullout bed. Boat dock/slip was very nice and well maintained. They went the extra mile with complementary beach towels to use, plenty of life jackets, kayaks and a great hot tub. House is located at the end of a narrow peninsula, You have room to park 3 cars.

Summary: The house was very nice and laid out well for our needs. The location was great. We felt that the house had not been checked for cleanliness and that everything was in working order prior to our arrival. Had issue with the toilet not working upon our arrival. The host did arrive the next day and repaired it.
