Summary: The house was immaculately clean, had a large enough open living space for family and was decorated very nicely and had a very welcoming feel. Out of all the rental homes we have EVER stayed at, this house has the best equipped kitchen. Toaster, hand mixer, blender, pots and pans, cake pans- even a crock pot. It’s silly, but I think I was most impressed that there was even birthday candles in a drawer. It was also nice that the house is not only pet friendly, but had pet mats in the laundry room to put the food bowls down on. Again, a really nice touch. This is our first time to the Kentucky Lake area, so we did not know that the water would be lowered in the lake in October. However, the fishing was still very good off the dock and our son was delighted. Thank you for putting together such a nice home for rent. We would definitely stay there again.

Summary: My experience in "The happy place" was amazing. The home had everything a vacationer could need. The home was in immaculate condition...very clean. There was more than enough dishware & silverware. The beds are very comfy and might I add the owner does get back to the vacationer immediately!! I would most defintely stay at this lovely home again....as well as pass the word on as to how great of a place to stay while vacationing in Benton, KY.
