Positive: The condo was great! Very clean and comfortable. Mostly, well equipped with everything you would need. The pool area is super nice. There are lots of lounge chairs to relax and view the lake.
Negative: Condo kitchen could use a baking sheet and large serving spoon.

Positive: the bathroom was painted in a beach scene.. IT WAS HAND PAINTED AND THE ARTISTRY WAS FANTASTIC!!
Negative: TRIED TO TEXT THE CONTACT PERSON WITH THE NUMBER PROVIDED 2X, FOR JUST A LITTLE SMALL BIT OF INFO,NEVER RECEIVED A TEXT OR CALL BACK. MOLD ON SHOWER HANDLE FLAKING OFF INTO THE TUB. MOLD IN THE SHOWER HEAD. CEILING IN THE SHOWER IS SHOWING A LEAK FROM THE CONDO ABOVE. CONDO UNIT SHOWING ITS AGE. SEEMED TO BE CLEAN. IT DOESNT TAKE BUT A FEW MINUTES ON THE HANDLE AND THE SHOWERHEAD TO GET RID OF THE MOLD.

Positive: The location right on Lake Erie was wonderful. Access to the beach was very nice. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and enjoyed by all in the group. The condo was great and had everything one could need. Felt right at home there. An amazing view of the lake from our condo. Great to have balcony door open with screen door shut & listen to the lake.
Negative: Only major drawback was we were there during mayfly peak season. So swarms got pretty bad at times & on the vehicle alot. But one cannot control mother nature. Also we weren't able to get DVD to work as source button on remote wouldn't get us where we needed. So we just watched free movies On Demand. Also wifi name we were provided was incorrect. But we quickly figured out was The Shores & not 1801 Perry. So not a big deal.

Negative: The parking space was not good. There were large rocks that made parking and getting out of your car awkward. The whole space should have been concrete. There are lots of steps and no elevator. This was difficult for my husband. The pool was not open and neither was the hot tub. Hot tub access should be year round. Also, the beach was a joke. Not only could you not get to it because you had to go through pool area, but the water went all the way to the rocks. Covering the sand completely.

Positive: Gated, very nice complex, beautiful view of the lake. Great location for Miller's ferry and some lighthouses in close by towns. Quiet neighbors. Stores close by for groceries and everyday items. I liked the positive decor, it was pretty and helped create a relaxing environment.
Negative: Kitchen didn't have common cook utensils but dollar tree just 1 minute on same road (so there is a spatula now and measuring spoons.) Did have a good assortment of pots and pans though. Couch was stiff, but is a pull out bed. Those are usually more stiff. Could hear horn blows all night long, boats?

Positive: It has literally everything you need for a little get away. And there’s restaurants and stores not even 5 mins away. Everything you need is right there. Gas station across the street. Everything about this place was absolutely beautiful.
Negative: Just too early of a checkout. But nothing with the property.
Summary: This was the best 2nd birthday party place for our son. And I’m so thankful to have found it.
