The house itself is on two levels with all rooms enjoying stunning views that stretch from Paihia to Russell, taking in both the sunrise and the sunset!
The large lounge, kitchen, dining area plus a guest powder room provide the perfect entertaining space. There are three large bedrooms that each have a full ensuite and outside deck access.
Stroll through the gardens to the beach track that provides easy access to a beautiful and private swimming beach.
There is also ample parking and even room for the boat!
Special conditions:
Due to the layout of the property it is not suitable for Children under the age of 13.

Summary: This was by far the highlight of our 21 day trip to NZ. The views alone should convince anyone to stay here but the fact that it had its own beach (swimmable) and was an easy drive to Russell for dinner or shopping makes it the best spot to stay. I would just say that an improvement could be updating the cookware to new (had well- used fry pans, plastic mixing bowls and eclectic mug collection obviously from the owners family). The gardens were gorgeous and if we come back we will definitely stay here again.

Summary: This is an exceptional property. Spectacular private setting and gardens overlooking the Bay of Islands. Very well maintained, comfortable and spacious home a short 10 minute drive to Russell.

Summary: Comfortable, clean, well equipped, spacious but homey. Great location for our family of 5 adults to spend some quality time, to be able to relax and unwind with fabulous views from every window. Loved the large deck, gorgeous gardens and enjoyed swims at the private beach. Thanks so much

Summary: We loved this property , the views are breathtaking , exepcially the impact when walking into the house for the first time. With the private beach at the end of the garden , sea temperatures in the 20's , we could not have asked for a better 2 weeks in the Bay of Islands.

Summary: Stunning view, spectacular house which has been recently updated, esp the master suite & kitchen. Quiet location a short car ferry ride from Paihia. Lots to do & see, but the property is so great it’s hard to leave. A landscaped path winds down to a private beach below the house which gets wide at low tide. Furnishings are comfortable. Bring your cameras.

Summary: This was an exceptional holiday destination. The house was immaculate and it was like visiting our own home. The views are spectacular.
