This property did not incur any inside damages from either hurricanes Helene nor Milton. Feel free to drive by the area to see, if you are in the area. The outside patio has some patio blocks missing and small fence but HOA will be repairing those. Panoramic views of Tampa Bay, Waterside at Coquina Key South is a village with resort style living at its finest. This unit is a townhome totally remodeled with large patio partially covered and a deck off the master bedroom that will amaze you morning or evening. Magnificent sunrises with views to Tampa and the Skyway bridge, watch cruise ships and tankers in the distance, or yachters out and about on the channel at your fingertips. The kitchen has a breakfast island, and extends to the open great room with dining and living room view to the bay. Vinyl planking and wood throughout. Half bath and laundry on first floor, designed staircase takes you to the master suite and two closets. There are two more bedrooms and a hall guest bath. This unit is fully furnished available for monthly plus reservations. Dogs welcome. The complex has a two story yacht club, bar, balcony and patio seating, spa and heated pool. Long day dock and fishing pier. Lots of fun activities monthly. The on site office and public laundry also has a pool. Volley Ball, tennis courts, basket ball court, pickle ball, shuffle board and a doggy run. 3 miles of walking around and through the canals and open water. There is a pond with hammocks, gorgeous water fowl and did I mention manatees, dolphins and birds to add to your enjoyment. Golf courses near by, marinas and boat ramps too. Not far from the Gulf Beaches maybe a 10 min drive, the renowned Ft Desoto is 20 mins away. GulfPort is a sweet little community on the bayou lots of shops and food, dancing at the casino. Downtown St Pete less than 4 miles with all the bistros, nite clubs, five museums and 3 live theaters, The Florida Orchestra, Operas, and Tampa and the Airports are 20-30 minute drives. I-275 makes it easy to get to Sarasota, (POLO even) or north to I-4 or I 75.

Summary: The unit is as advertised and we enjoyed our month at Waterside. The condo was spacious, the kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked, and the beds comfortable. It was great to have the extra room and a main floor bathroom. Loved waking up from the primary bedroom with a view of the sunrise over Tampa Bay. Ryan and Monica were responsive regarding anything we needed that wasn't already stocked. They told us in advance of the minor damage from the hurricane to the patio, which the association is tasked with repairing. It didn't impact our ability to use the patio's table and chairs. We had many meals outside looking at the water. We'd love to come again!

Summary: We spent 4 weeks at this wonderful spot. The views from the patio off the living room and deck off the primary bedroom facing east over Tampa Bay were fantastic! It was so peaceful to watch the dolphins, birds, and boats go by. The unit is very comfortable with 3 good sized bedrooms and the living area was great for working on our computers and also just relaxing. The community is very friendly with good amenities such as the clubhouse, 2 pools, hot tub, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, basketball and miles of walking along the paths and canals. The owners were very easy to communicate with. Location in South St. Petersburg is very convenient with easy access to downtown, shopping, dining, arts, as well as St. Pete Beach and even points south over the Sunshine Skyway Bridge. We hope to stay here again when we return next year!

Summary: We absolutely loved the view from this well appointed condo in Waterside at Coquina Key. The condo is spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed watching dolphins play, cruise ships sail by, and the colorful evening sky. We will definitely be back!

Summary: Condo was close to our house under renovation and downtown St. Petersburg (where our offices are located). Most importantly, we were also able to have our dogs with us. The best part of staying here is the proximity to the water( literally right outside your back door). This definitely felt like resort style living. I would highly recommend this unit for a stay or vacation.
