Summary: Hidden gem- impeccable restoration of an historic property. One suggestion- a little maid service would be good. Not a big deal but would be appreciated. We would definitely return.

Summary: Beautiful, modern renovations. Love the shared kitchen concept. I stayed in the Blue Room. I cant wait to try the others. I definitely recommend this place if you are in the area

Summary: Felt a little incomplete - like this was a new hotel that was still adding to the rooms. Wished there was a blow dryer in each room instead of one for all to share. Colored doors to designate which is which works for most but my husband is color blind so that was difficult for him.

Summary: This property won a Phoenix Award for its achievements in renovating an older structure into a series of spacious rooms with modern conveniences (including numerous outlets for electronics). A community kitchen furnished with m/w, refrigerator, plates, extra linens,and even a washer & dryer, was a special surprise. The surrounding buildings are still in need of renovation and parking isn't clearly identified, but the area appeared safe. The property is just a few miles south of Lake Ontario so this could be a convenient place to stay if visiting the nearby parks along the lakefront.

Summary: The hotel room we stayed in (Blue Room) was completely refurbished. LOVED the huge TV. The air conditioning was first-rate. So quiet in back of the building overnight. The shower was spacious and it's always nice to have a shower head that's up high. The big kitchen was a plus. We re-froze our cooler ice blocks overnight. Bed was firm, yet comfy. Really nice to have a coffee shoppe right. Next. Door! The vanilla latte is wonderful. If we ever come back to Lyndonville, we won't hesitate to re-book another night's stay here.
