Summary: A great location on W 6th St. The property was very clean on arrival and we enjoyed our stay. A couple of small points. The dryer never worked although we reported the fault on day two. As we were staying two weeks there was no extra clean set on linnen which was a bit annoying

Summary: The place was beautiful and in such a great location! Tons of little coffee shops around and not a bad walk into the actual city. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it had everything we needed!

Summary: This condo was the perfect location for exploring downtown Austin! We were never more than 15 minutes away from all the spots on our list: Barton Springs, Deep Eddy Pool, Sixth Street, Holey Moley, the Capitol, and UT. It's a cozy condo, but it was perfect for the three of us - my husband, our 10-year-old, and me. We took the upstairs bed and our kiddo slept comfortably on the downstairs couch. This isn't the place for large groups looking to lounge around and binge-watch TV. It's ideal as a home base for a small group on vacation. The condo community itself is very quiet. A heads-up: the driveway is quite steep, so be cautious if you're driving a stick shift or a large truck. It's manageable, but if you're used to the flat Houston terrain, it might be a bit of a thrill! We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely book this condo again for our next Austin adventure!
