Positive: Very clean and comfortable. Basic facilities but perfectly OK for a short stay. Excellent location

Negative: Bathroom lacked a mirror which was poor eg shaving Both bedside lamps weren't working.

Negative: Nothing was sent before I arrived on how to get in. I had to work out that I needed to get a door code and then I rang the contact number. After ringing a document was sent by MMS and the issue was quickly resolved.

Positive: - Beds were very clean and comfortable - The location is close to city and has spacious parking - The bathroom is newly renovated - The outside view from rooms are amazing towards the sea - There is washing machine and functional appliances in the kitchen

Negative: - The carpets both inside the house and in the stairs are very dirty and smells - There was no coffee, sugar, kitchen towel or any other basic provision in the kitchen

Positive: We were impressed with the layout of the flat and the veiws from the window of the sea and the port. Also that there were two double bedrooms.

Positive: The location right next to the sea and ideal for walks along the shore to netley, and nearby shops. It had everything we need and was comfortable. The view from the flat was lovely. Nice to be able to watch lots of birds and also the view of boats sailing down to the sea.

Negative: The bedsheets in the main bedroom were stained..they were definitely clean, but it was just a bit off-putting.
