Summary: This is a small, but perfect size for one person, studio unit near a beautiful river side park. Located in a nice, old residential area but close to restaurants and eclectic shops.

Summary: I stayed here for a month, working remote from home and exploring the city. The view of the bridge is great. I did have some issues with the lock and was locked out a few times. However, the host was fairly quick to respond the first time it happened. I also was under the impression based on the photos that there would be a nespresso machine for me to use. (This was pretty big for me as a daily espresso drinker.) I asked the host about it and she informed me it was being replaced and that the new one would get there in a week. It never showed up during my month long stay unfortunately, which resulted me in having to buy coffee every day. Lastly, there is only street parking. (There is a garage, but it is only accessible by the host.) Parking is hit or miss. I had to park further down the street a couple of times, but most of the time I was able to get a spot right out front. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe, but it did get a little sketchy and scary at night since it’s not well lit in the neighborhood. I would keep that in mind if you’re also a woman traveling alone. Besides those things, it’s a decent place to stay that’s close to a lot of things in Portland, but away from all the noisiness of the city. Overall, it was a good stay and I would stay again.
