Positive: Everything was great, good vibes. Had a cabin feel. Very comfortable and calming environment. The screened porch was used often. The host was quick to respond, very accommodating and kind. Would recommend and would stay again.

Negative: The ONLY thing I didn't really like were the shower heads in both bathrooms. They need an upgrade. Still not a huge deal just an observation.

Positive: Little piece of nature in the city. Very friendly and accommodating host. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows. Quiet neighborhood, very comfortable stay. Will stay again!

Negative: Really the only thing was minor... the shower heads in both bathrooms could use updating/upgrade.

Positive: It is in an excellent location - easy parking and easy entry into the house. The master has a king bed, which is very comfortable, and it has a well-appointed en suite. The owner was great to work with, extremely accommodating, and very quick to respond. The living room has two futons, which is good for sleeping if you don't want to climb stairs, but not very comfortable to sit on for any period of time, plus no pillows.

Negative: Unit is a bit older than expected. Exterior is run-down. There are lots of stairs (the master is on the third floor two bedrooms on the second floor along wth washer and dryer). The view out the back deck is lovely I did enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning however, the railings didn't feel very secure, and there is no lighting. The owner did say he was in the process of getting lighting put up
