Summary: My spouse and I were in town for a party and were looking for a hotel alternative. Timothy’s house fit the bill. Street parking was available and house was as advertised. Beds were comfortable and house was clean

Summary: Timothy's home is located in a convenient, safe area with friendly neighbors and quiet evenings. My party of five enjoyed our time together at the duplex. The beds were comfortable, the wifi was fast, the linens were clean, and the shower was hot. After spending our days out in 90 degree weather, the bedroom window A/C units made for comfortable evenings. We also appreciated the bottled water and extra soap placed out for each guest. We never had an issue finding a convenient place to park along the street. We did not use the smart TVs, but they appeared new. FYI, the wifi password is printed on the back of the router in the primary bedroom. The living room had enough seating for us to socialize. However, we ate separately since each dining area seated four and the height of the tables/chairs varied greatly. This was a minor hassle for us, but could matter for larger groups. Overall, this house is a great place to spend some time away with loved ones. Timothy is a gracious host and was always quick to respond to messages.

Summary: This is our second stay at this home. We love the beds and hardwood floors. Very close to I95 which helped us during our travels to PhiladelphiaTrip. Timothy is great host and provides a consistent experience
