Positive: It was clean and well appointed. There was a free breakfast with eggs, biscuits, bacon, oatmeal and waffles. Coffee was in lobby 24/7. Room had a seat for the shower in our accessible room. Bed was comfy and the hotel was quiet even though across from Airport.
Negative: Toilet in room was a bit wobbly.

Positive: The room was very nice and spacious. It had a microwave and a coffee maker which I greatly appreciated. The front desk staff was very nice. I loved the quality and smell of Dove shampoo, conditioner and soap in the shower. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean and esthetically pleasant. Free parking and airport shuttle. Overall, very nice hotel. If it wasn't for the issue with the cleaning staff, I would have given this hotel the highest rating.
Negative: There was no hand soap and no toiletries whatsoever by the sink (such as e.g. soap, lotion, a makeup remover sheet, or a shower cap). So in order to wash my hands in the sink, I had to reach out to the liquid soap dispenser located in the shower. The cleaning lady started banging at my door an hour before my checkout time and opened the door to enter uninvited in even if I told her I had requested a late checkout at 12 pm. She then stayed right behind my door and kept talking with someone very loudly interrupting with my business conference call until 5 minutes to 12 pm, when she again banged on my door to force me out of there.
Summary: Overall, very good value for the price. If it wasn't for the cleaning staff issue.

Negative: No breakfast girl called out sick other employee on phone ๐Ÿ˜’ didn't seem to care but then put out bagels, pastry, cereal but too late for my friend who was traveling needed to be at airport at 7am so she couldn't take meds should have been another trained staff member as it's not cooked foods an should have at least opened it up for non cooked foods by the 630am breakfast time others also disappointed

Positive: I had previously stayed here before so I knew what to expect. The beds are comfortable and clean. The general environment of the hotel is calm and the staff was kind. I like that the doors are locked and you can only get in with a keycard.
Negative: The only downside is that my room was a bit outdated, as in the walls were peeling a bit. The curtains are essentially see-through so if you want to get some sleep, be sure to bring a sleep mask or something to cover your face.
Summary: Great place to stay, convienient location!
