This welcoming home features a large great room with cathedral ceiling and stone fireplace. Floor-to-ceiling windows in one corner create a sunny spot for reading or conversation, and the fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy. The dining area has a large table with seating for six as well as counter-height bar stools at the kitchen peninsula.
With three spacious bedrooms and a loft filled with books, puzzles, and games, there is ample room for everyone to find a spot to claim as their own.
Outside, you will find a sun deck with barbeque, another dining table, Adirondacks, and, nestled in the trees, a large hot tub under the roof of a stone floor gazebo.
One-car garage, full-size washer and dryer, WiFi, stereo system, large-screen smart TV. Two-zone heating.

A private, gated community located in beautiful Canaan Valley. You have access to both Spruce Island Lake and Sand Run Lake in Timberline to canoe and fish at (swimming prohibited by the HOA) and access to the Dolly Sods Wilderness Area.
You will be staying in a private, gated community. Please have a list of everyone that will be staying in the house (first & last names) and vehicle information. A guard house form will be given to you at check-in for you to put the information on that you will give to the guards.

Summary: A very safe comfortable home. We hope to come back! Check in and out was very easy. House was very well appointed. We had everything we needed but a coffee maker. The one provided didn’t work. Luckily our son was able to bring one from home. Other than that we were very satisfied. The hot tub was heavenly after hiking at Dolly Sods! We were very satisfied with your staff. They advised us on the areas coronavirus situation and sent us some very useful hiking trail information.

Summary: The process to access the house key was a bit convoluted. If the key was left in the property or with the front gate that would have made more sense. We enjoyed our stay and the hot tub was terrific. Property is perfectly located to area sites.
