Nestled right on the banks of the river, this one-bedroom home is waiting to provide your next vacation with lots of happy memories! Inside, you'll find an expansive living space filled with lots of comfortable furniture, an all-wood interior, vaulted ceilings, and a wood-burning fireplace. You'll have two TVs to stream your favorite movies and shows on, so be sure to use the microwave to pop plenty of popcorn for the gang before snuggling up on the living room sofa for a night of entertainment. The full kitchen features all the small and major appliances the family chef will need and there's lots of counter space to work on when preparing delicious meals. Serve up to eight guests at the handsome wood dining table or take your plates out to the spacious deck to enjoy an al-fresco meal at the table/chair set or from the comfort of a good rocking chair. After dinner, let the dishwasher knock out all the cleanup while you head down to the firepit for an evening of toasted 'Smores and some terrific stargazing. The free WiFi will make it easy to research a fun outdoor adventure while the central AC and ceiling fans keep the home nice and cool.
The resort has updated how guests gain access to the amenities on site. The guest will be responsible for purchasing amenity passes at the POA office. Monday-Saturday 9 am- 5 pm. Amenity passes are $59 per card. Each card allows 4 guests to use the amenities during the reservation dates. The POA only takes checks or money orders for payments.
The outdoor pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day only.
Fireplaces are operable from October 1st – April 15th only.

* Guests will be issued passes to Coosawattee River Resort with a Rec Center that includes an indoor pool (heated in winter), a basketball court, a tennis court, an 18-hole mini-golf course, a video arcade center, and a fitness center. Each punch is good for up to four people per day and the resort will only allow two punches per day, which means a maximum of eight guests will be able to access the Resort amenities on any given day. Guests will need to display their guest passes to access amenities.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Summary: The view from the living room is wonderful. Everything is really nice. This is a minor thing, but the floorboards creak. It's just that when you go to the bathroom or get up before your partner, you'll be heard. Everything else is great. The view, the water, the wineries, the restaurants...great!

Summary: The property was well situated and the inside was decent. Lots of wood and nice decorations. The furniture and bed were quite uncomfortable. The Wifi did not work and guest services did nothing to fix. Overall, an okay spot to use if wanting to explore north Georgia. Just be warned about the lack of Wifi connectivity with internet access.

Summary: This home was perfect. We had a great time. Calling the staff with questions I had was a great experience too. Usually photos of a house are never what they appear to be. Not in this case. House was awesome. I wish there were trout in the river but that is in no way any fault of the owner. We are so happy we got to enjoy an awesome time with our grandson and our 2 dogs.

Summary: We had a wonderful 2week stay through rain and sunshine. The house provided us for everything my wife myself and our two little boys( our dogs) needed. Had one small hiccup where the AC quit and it got a little warm but from the time I called there was less then an hr before a very professional and knowledgeable technician was there and had it fixed. Literally the only thing was some times on The Weeknd or night it took a while at the gate for them to answer so we could get in. Other then that loved it got to adventure to a few of the local scenic attractions and if we’re ever back in Ellijay Ga we will be looking into this place

Summary: Home was enjoyable with spacious outside area for getting out by creek. Outside glass unclean, sliding glass doors both unusable and screens either missing or damaged. POOL, no pool !!! Pool is listed as on plantation but fact is that it is actually on another property owned by same company some 15 minutes away.
