Positive: Good instructions to access room on arrival. Room was a good size and very comfortable bed. Tea/coffee/hot chocolate/biscuits and chocolates on tray, thank you. Excellent breakfast options with cooked breakfast served hot and top quality food cooked perfectly. Great location for lovely walks or historical visits. Wilf and Kate were lovely hosts. Wilf gave good advice on day trips.

Positive: Easy self check-in and communication with Kate & Wilf on the day of arrival. Super helpful hosts, with local / local area information, incl. bus and taxi services. A nicely decorated / presented, spacious bedroom, with great storage for bags, outerwear and clothes. The bed was extremely comfortable and the property was warm. I found everything clean and had no issues. Really useful usb charge sockets as well as standard plug. A friendly host at breakfast, swift service (there was a good selection to preselect the night before) in a cosy breakfast/dining room. - It was all tasty, thank you.

Positive: Great breakfast choices. Everything very well organised. Super king sized bed, extremely comfortable. Friendly helpful couple who run the lace and live there with their two daughters.
Negative: Bathroom rather cramped, but who cares? We didn't. It was well appointed with new shower.
