Summary: The unit had all we needed for our stay. The toilet should be checked as the flapper and chain need repairs. Clerk checking us in was not clear on the parking situation, it was unclear to us if we had parking, as he told us "first come, first serve". Overall we had a great time and would stay at this resort again.

Summary: VRBO ad says "enjoy Newport harbor from your picture window." The owner does NOT guarantee the view in the rental agreement (placement of unit, view, floor, or furnishings) ; so be sure you understand that you aren't assured of that view! I highly recommend the VRBO ad state "harbor view, IF AVAILABLE." The manager shared my disappointment and gave me a bottle of wine - nice touch but not the harbor view I had my heart set on!
