Summary: The Wyndham Newport Hotel exceeded all our expectations!! It was a beautiful hotel. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The restaurant, Johnny's, in the hotel was excellent. We also really enjoyed the salt water indoor pool. The free hourly shuttle into and back to downtown Newport was extremely helpful for us being that parking is very limited and traffic can be very bad at times.The drivers, Mike and Billy gave us a lot of valuable information we used during our stay.

Summary: Should have a breakfast bar for early risers!! Coffee Machine in rooms are bad!! and not very fresh Views in rooms should have been better that was a poor design! with water so near!

Summary: Convenient location, offer shuttle to Newport. Clean comfortable and large rooms. Pool was warm and inviting. Gym was clean and plenty of equipment for a hotel. Jazz band from restaurant serenaded us as we checked in.

Summary: Always a wonderful stay when we stay at this hotel. The comfort, value, location and convince of this hotel being close to all centrally located atteactions and downtown Newport. The onsite restaurant serves quality food, the pool has to be one of the best by far on the island, not to mention its a salt water pool. Also love the fact that they offer free shuttles to down town running through the day. Sunday nights they have live music/ jazz in the restaurant bar area. This is a geat hotel to stay for couples trip, a family trip or business trip.
