Positive: Restaurant is good although you need to order one courts a time or it all comes at once. Staff are very helpful

Negative: Very poor WiFi in some rooms and they wouldn’t move us. Rooms aren’t like the pictures and are very tired You are miles from town with absolutely nothing around. Certainly no lake view

Positive: Comfortable modern hotel with a bar and restaurant located in a quiet area on the outskirts of town. Safe, guarded parking. The staff (most of whom had good English) were very friendly, professional and welcoming. We were upgraded after being given a room with a connecting door (next door was bellowing on her phone as soon as she checked in...) and were very happy with our accommodation as a result. Breakfast was a decent buffet and evening meals were tasty. A 'Welcome to the Hotel' Pisco Sour was a nice touch. Tours to the reed islands are available at the front desk.

Negative: Our original room had a connecting door. Great for families, but noise from next door was intrusive. No kettle in the room (upgraded room did have one).

Positive: The hotel is clean and well kept if not a little dated. The rooms we had was a good size, with a good bathroom and a fair view of the lake (which is quite far away, but still pretty). The "Balconies" in the rooms are actually bay windows, so you can't sit out on them The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, they provided a great breakfast each day and the restaurant served decent food. The hotel was able to arrange a very early check in for us (6am) which included breakfast.

Negative: We were disappointed that the "balcony" we thought we had reserved was just a bay window, so you couldn't sit out and enjoy the view as we hoped. The hotel is quite far from the town and not in a reasonable or potentially safe walking distance, so a taxi is required to go anywhere.
