Summary: Nice hotel, very friendly and helpfull staff. Room was excellent. Restaurant was a bit overpriced for the quality of food that i got, but i base this only on limited information of one steak dinner, pizzas on other tables looked pretty decent.

Summary: We visited the city of Puno so we can visit the islands of Uros, Amantani, and Taquile. The hotel is about 10 to 15 minutes from the port. The staff was very friendy and the hotel is very nice.

Summary: Customer service was great. Hotel has modern look. When i stayed looks like they were remodeling and improving some areas so i believe it would be much better. But none of that bother me. Everything was great
