Summary: We have stayed here several times, the service is always good. The rooms seem to have been improved, including larger TVs. The beds are comfortable. The furnishings are basic, kind of western style. But always a good place to stay. The location is very convenient.

Summary: Room given was right next to hotel side entrance on first floor, the room’s front door was chopped up as though broken into in a number of places, the solid wood door was seriously damaged, the back door security chain lock was torn off, damaged made me feel very unsafe. No valet in room for unpacking suitcase, called desk requested one, waited long time till I decided to put suitcase on an upholstered chair tgat was filthy dirty stained all over. Too many signs of forced break in, I do not recommend this hotel for uncleanliness, shoddy care, no repairs, most of all for serious security reasons especially unsafe for single ladies.

Summary: We had stayed at this hotel about a year and a half before Covid. We had liked it at that time so we came back. We were very disappointed in the condition and the amenities. The pool bar that is there we were told has not reopened after Covid, the hot tub is not open. There was a dirty coffee cup outside of our room in the hall when we arrived from a previous gives (it had a large bug in it), it did not get picked up the whole time we stayed (2days). The bath tub is completely chipped, there are signs of damage to the ceiling that has been repaired poorly. When we did try to get in the pool, it was dirty. Cigarette butts and leaves filled every corner of the pool. The bed is very uncomfortable. I have back and knee problems and couldn’t sleep either night. We will not be back to stay again. The staff are nice but the hotel needs a large update.

Summary: The hotel was acceptable except for the fact that my husband is in a wheel chair and our room was not wheel chair friendly. I was told they do have and booked a room for next year with the assurance that our room wheel be more hanicapped friendly.

Summary: Beautiful hotek that is well kept and clean with friendly staff and a lovely restaurant. Family suite was amazing and we were all well rested. The pool was perfect and had a shallow area for the smaller kids.

Summary: The online pictures really look good that is why we checked in this hotel. The bed is really old and uneven, the pillows are hard. The floor is really old and need a total upgrade.
