Summary: This condo had everything we needed for a landing spot for our family for a week in the Miami area. The condo was clean and comfortable. My husband had to work remotely while the kids and I hit the pool or the beach nearby. WiFi was always reliable for him. The washer and dryer were so nice to have after a full day of swimming at the pool or beach.The location was perfect, less than a 10 minute drive to the beach. The mall was very close for anything we needed. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Would recommend to anyone.

Summary: The internet was not working properly when we arrived. The manager responded quickly and it was fixed by ATT promptly. Nice/comfortable apartment. Two minor issues was there were not enough chairs at the pool during peak hours. And the mango trees are so tall that there is no view of the harbor from the balcony despite what the photo in the listing shows.

Summary: The apartment was clean with a great view of the marina. We had a few minor issues. The television in the master bedroom did not work. Owner did send someone to look at it, but issue was not resolved. Also, there were no pillowcases on pillows in the second bedroom and no extras in the apartment to use. I am sure owner would have brought us pillowcases, but since we own a second apartment in the area we just brought over our own. Otherwise it is a nice apartment and we would stay again.
