Description of Unit:
Unit is located in building number 3. This building is located conveniently near the pool area, no need to walk far to get to the pool area. In addition the unit is 1,200sqft with a balcony facing the marina. Unit comes beautifully furnished and well maintained.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster,microwave, refrigerator with a freezer that has ice dispenser and cold water, dishwasher, fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.
Unit also has a working Washer and working Dryer.

Master Bedroom #1 with a Full Bathroom
-Very comfortable King size bed with matress and clean sheets. Two clean pillows.

**Clean Bed Sheets, Clean Bath and Hand Towels, Starter set of SOAP and Starter set of SHAMPOO, Starter Set of Dish Washer Soap and Starter set of Washing machine Soap are PROVIDED**
IMPORTANT THINGS KNOW:
This condo is NON SMOKING and NO PETS allowed under any circumstances inside the apartment. This violation is subject to $1,000 fine.
NO PARTIES can be hosted at the condo.
***Upon end of your stay ALL Used towels must be place in a bathroom tub***
***Bedroom closest to the kitchen has an OWNERS CLOSET that is locked with a metal combination lock and is only to be used by the owner. DO NOT try to attempt to open the closet. Opening this closet is a violation and subject to a $1000 FINE!***
***ALL guest garbage must be thrown away out of the apartment daily. Any food and or garbage left inside the refrigerator or in the apartment at the end of guest stay will incur a $200 penalty. Pls understand that I'm trying to make sure there is no infestation of bugs!***
The check in time is 4PM and the check out time is 11AM.
Yacht club requires to sign and agree to some friendly condo rules and you will be asked to provide some personal information as well as a copy of picture ID or a passport.

Summary: We enjoyed our week. The unit was as advertised and shown. Emmanuel is a great host and very responsive to any queries. Great location, super BBQ, nice heated pool and large jacuzzi. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Overall is good. The only issue is toilet paper, which can't be flushed down to the toilet. The property manager could inform the guests in advance there is roof repairing of the building during the time of stay.

Summary: Beautiful apartment. Great customer service. Perfect location. This was a great place for us to stay with our family. The apartment is super clean and well-appointed - really could not think of anything more that they could have provided. We really enjoyed the pool, grill and marina area. We will definitelfy come back.
