Positive: All the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would like to highlight one key thing from our visit. My daughter left behind her earphones on the property, the staff responded immediately after we message them and even sent the earphones back without any charges.

Positive: We loved having a personal Onsen in the room which overlooked the hills. That was special. Great location for what we wanted to do in Yangmingshan.

Negative: The room and hotel felt extremely dated and was very expensive for what it was. The bathroom sink had cracks all over it and just the general vibe of the hotel felt old and forgotten.

Positive: The spacious en suite bedroom with a decent sized onsen hot spring pool and nice green mountain view from the balcony.

Negative: I stayed 2 nights but it seems the room was not made up. The cleaner did not do the bed. Only towels and bin bags are changed. Cups are not cleaned or changed.
