Located a 2-minute drive from DFO South Wharf or a 20-minute scenic walk along the beautiful Yarra River to Crown Casino & Southbank. All within free tram zone! Your hosts live next door for any support or questions. We love hosting visitors to Melbourne & sharing our tourist hotspots :) The kitchen has all your needs for cooking, filtered water, & the bathroom is wheelchair accessible. Welcome :)
The space
Yarra's Edge Sports Cave is a ground floor, high ceiling open plan, fully self contained 1 bedroom apartment.
There is a king size four post bed in the bedroom, with a "Emma" Sleep Mattress (medium firmness) on the bed.
The kitchen contains everything you need to cook meals at home if you don't want to eat out, including microwave, gas top stove, oven, air fryer, Nutribullet, fridge and freezer. kettle, toaster, pod coffee machine, and some basics in the pantry to get you on your way.
There is a full size pool table, darts, golf putting mat and poker chip and card set, as well as an assortment of board games for you to enjoy.
This apartment is our home, we live upstairs. The downstairs apartment you rent is fully self contained with seperate entries, but it is important you know we live here, with our three dogs :)
Guest access
Entirety of downstairs apartment, also roof top access to enjoy the amazing Melbourne skyline (just take your fob and go in the lift to level 43, no booking required!).
You will have access to the carpark where you can park your car, as well as street front entry via a security gate that requires key entry.
Other things to note
Some things to know about this booking;
We live upstairs - a fully seperate apartment that shares a security gate with the downstairs apartment. (Security gate is locked, and key will be provided) - this gives you access to the street.
We have 3 dogs that live with us upstairs. You are welcome to have pats and cuddles if you miss your own furbabies at home :)
(We have a Rodhesian Ridgeback, a Toy Poodle, and a Kelpie X Staffie)
