Summary: I have found my comfy & cozy “Home away from Home”. The accommodations were everything and more than I could have asked for. Laurie greeted me upon my arrival & she is so lovely. The apartment and the grounds were perfect. I cannot say enough. Infact, I really dreaded leaving. So, I won’t be gone for too long, as I’m planning another visit within the next 4-6 weeks. Just in time for Fall. Thank you for having me and I look forward to seeing you soon. 🙏

Summary: The Tuthill House house is a treasure! The apartment and gardens are magical and the hosts so gracious! They were very thoughtful, quick to respond, and accommodating to our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others! It's a gem in central NY.

Summary: This property is just as listed and incredible! Highly recommend Laurie’s place to anyone staying in this area. While I did not have the chance to meet the host during my stay, they were super communicative, helpful and available. Checked in to make sure I was all set and enjoying the stay. 10/10 for my visit and would definitely stay again if in the area!
